              I had a quiet unpleasant experience with Drytech. Their initial assessment of our damage never gave us an estimate cost for the repair or the steps to follow. After failing to find the source of the leak they passed me a bill of $***** as the minimum cost of mitigation, a cost I was never warned of. So, no matter how small or slow the work the do, the minimum you will be charged by Drytech is *****.On top of that, they took almost a week between steps, from initial assessment, to mitigation, to contacting you back for the next steps. So, do not expect a quick solution from them.Finally, between those weeks, one of Drytech representatives reached out to me attempting to scam me into a major repair, he claimed they have made moisture readings all over the bathroom that were outside code, this was absolutely false since the damage was really minor and limited to the celling lamp. This gross attempt to scam me just made me lose all trust in them.
