If you plan on just building a shop this might be the right company for you. If you are planning to build out the building to be your home, I'll just say I wish I had gone to look at some of the buildings this company had done. As for my experience, this company was hanging the walk thru doors incorrectly without shim until something was said to the owner who then had the crew shim the doors which still I feel are not done correctly and I will have to have them tweaked. The crew broke the first door frame due to not installing correctly and had to repair it. As for the windows, the metal surrounding the windows is unbelievably sloppy and I have had to order a lot of the colored caulk to match the metal in order to try to make it look decent and keep out the bees and wasps from making nests as I know they get in anywhere not to mention water leaks. There are large holes at the top and bottom corners on multiple windows. There is also a lot of sunlight coming through the building in multiple places and as a result my best course of action to remedy this is to spray foam which I had not planned on doing. On one of the gable ends of the building, the wrong length of trim was applied and so I informed the owner of the gap at the peak point of the gable and rather than replacing with correct length, they applied 2 short pieces at the top over the other trim in order to cover the gap. On the overhang, they used some metal brackets and basically just set the 2x4's in them and only 2 of the 3 matched. The way they framed my windows I still don't understand, and will have this also redone when framing out the exterior walls. And just to note, when I expressed my concerns with the owner I was met with combativeness, excuses and a defensive personality. I also had to deal with some language I couldn't believe I was hearing from not only the owner, but also the crew chief when pointing out what was a legitimate complaint. I personally will not recommend this company to anyone.
