I purchased a puppy through a breeder in Cadillac, MI and they had used B*****'s Transport in the past to ship puppies to customers in the US with no problems. So when the time came to arrange transport for my puppy the breeder booked a transport for 7/28/24 when the puppy turned 8 weeks old. I was required to place a deposit of $100 to Shaun B***** to have the trip entered on their schedule which I provided on 7/7/24. I asked for a pickup date and he told me I would be informed closer to the pickup date. Well, neither I nor the breeder heard from Shaun or anyone else at B*****'s before, during or days after the pickup date. I even requested confirmation of the receipt of the deposit and it was verified before the pickup date. I have reached out repeatedly for a refund as I had to find another shipper for my puppy, but I am not getting any response to my communications.
