    I traded my car in at Car Mart in April and i traded it for a dodge dart. I have been having car trouble every since I purchased this car.. They have came and picked my car up several times and have claimed to have fixed it. During this time there was no communication about my car being taken to another shop or anything I went almost two days without any communication not knowing that my car was not at car mart and at another location.. I was called to pick it up and they handed me my keys not telling me any details or what they fixed or got done no paperwork or anything. Here I am a week later having the same exact issue called cooperate again and they stated that I need to talk to the general manager at car mart.. So I called them and they stated that the general manager would not be in until next week but I was able to speak to someone else who had no idea what was going on and did not see any documentation on my car at all so he stated that he would have to ask and give me a call back later.. Called again the next day no update of what they did with my car. So I called again today and spoke with someone and they stated that they tightened the ground cables and battery cables. By the way this is something they did the first 2-3 times when it first happened so why do that again.. They basically kept my car for that long leaving me no transportation as a single women just to do the same thing over that is clearly not working..On top of that I am paying $320 every two weeks and some months I even pay almost $1,000 in my car payment along just to be treated this way. I pay my car payment on time and should not have to deal with any of this with all of the money I am putting g out to not have a reliable decent car .
