We want to clarify a few points raised in your online reviews:
1. Standard Rental Procedure: Rental tuxedo sizing is standard and not customized due to the nature of a tuxedo rental. Sleeve length and pant lengths are hemmed according to the measurements provided. Rental items are guaranteed to arrive by the Wednesday of the event week. Minor alterations are included in the price and are normally needed. After the minor alterations, the client needs to pick up the tuxedo from tailoring.
2. Measurements: Only three party members were measured in our store. The others provided their measurements remotely, and we ordered tuxedos based on the information we received. For those who needed replacements, we promptly addressed their needs. To our understanding, everyone in the wedding party had wearable items on the day of the wedding.
3. Tuxedo Pickup: One groomsman opted to pick up his tuxedo on the day of the wedding due to a personal matter and accidentally left his tie at our store. We delivered it directly to the venue.
4. Refund Request: While we were unable to fulfill your request for a refund due to the costs incurred for replacements and expedited shipping, we remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues. Please email us the names of the individuals and the specific concerns that were not resolved, so we can explore further.
