            On or about mid 2021, BDS Security lost all contact with my alarm system but continued to invoice me annually for a service they were no longer able to provide.When called, BDS answers "Central Alarm" but has no follow through on their engagement.They said they would send a new lawn sign but never did; they said they would order a cell communicator to restore communication but never did.I believe this is a scam operation which bills unsuspecting people for alarm monitoring which is not provided. Unless the alarm goes off, there is no need for BDS to call the house or the Sheriff so one can go a long time before realizing that communication no longer exists.

            Service is OK but there is no way to get a hold of anybody other than the monitoring people. I made a double payment and I have called 5 times asking for a call back and have never received. The only phone number I have is for the monitoring station. They take my message and phone number to forward to their customer service but nothing beyond that happens... regarding getting back to me.
