I visited the gym to inquire about a membership and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of your employees.Upon entering the gym, I was greeted by an employee who immediately made a comment insinuating that I could not afford the registration fee, stating that it might be too steep for you. This comment was not only offensive but completely uncalled for. Additionally, the employee proceeded to call my coworker and complain about me, stating that I was unprofessional and had ruined their display. I would like to clarify that there was no display to ruin at the gym. I was taken aback by the blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by your employee. As a potential customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when inquiring about a service. The behavior exhibited by this employee ( ****** and ****) at front desk was unacceptable and does not reflect well on your company.I hope that this incident can be addressed promptly and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that other customers do not have a similar negative experience.
