We drop off a truck for and inspection and possible repairs on 6/14/2024 6-17-24 RL spoke to ****** at the shop. She said We should receive a diag this afternoon.6-21-24 RL called the shop to follow up several times, left VM . Nothing received from the shop yet.6-24-24 Rl talked to ******- she said there are a lot of things wrong with it. Mgr will call me to review. Waiting call back.6-25-24 RL called shop. Left VM 6 28 24 RL called the shop several times left vm 7-3-24 EG Called several times no answer 7-8-24 RL called several times left VM again. 7-8-24 - Rl Called again, spoke to **** (owner ?) Over the phone. He saidTruck is very rough.and had 8 hrs already done on dianosing issues (which we only requested an inspection) requested a total of what it is owed and what are the issues in writing. 7-14-24 Rl called again requesting the bill (concern with shop- 1 month and still we do not know whats going on)7-18-22 Rl called no one answers 7-22-24 Rl called the shop- left VM (need final ********************* up the truck) Emailed as well.7-24-24 Rl we hire a repossession company to help us get an answer from the shop.8-13-24 Rl from the repo agent:"I was finally able to get a bailout invoice for this unit from Diesel HQ, they have an outstanding balance of $10,307.44 as of today and are charging $125 per day in interest."8-13-24 Rl called the shop several times - finaly ****** answer and she daid that we never call the shop to tell them what to do ???- She started a rude conversation, nothing about resolving issues and then hang up. The shop is holding our truck for no reason and charging storages that are not legal in the state. Based on ****** reports this shop is not providing a service but scamming customers. We need your help ********************** to retrieve our truck without the storage charges - We have no issues paying for $3057.44 (even though they did this withour any written auhtorization in writing as required by the regulatons.
