Let me just start off by saying I will definitely not use this business or recommend it to anyone. I needed a windshield replacement on my car and did a quick ****** search and found that they had 5 star so I decided to contact them. Spoke to ***** got set up for Dec 20 for 9am. I received a text msg 3 mins before 9 stating he was running 1 hr late cool I was fine with it. Well 1 hr turn into 3 hrs late, again I was cool h*** be quick still giving this business the benefit of a doubt. Well not 3 hrs later then he finally finished and apologized and stated it took long because he was training the new guy. Ive had my windshields replaced before and tops it took for other auto glass companies to complete was about an 1hr or less.Anyway the reason Im writing this review is because my husband noticed a couple days later that the windshield cleaner dispenser was not working and figured it was either disconnected or broken from when ************** made the replacement. So I reached out to ***** to ask if maybe he forgot to disconnect and that if he can come by and check it out. He said yes and for about a week every day he made an excuse on when he couldnt make it out to check it. He would wait really late in the evening to respond to text and pretend that he was on his way and stuck in traffic. I finally said to him that it was fine he didnt need to come and he still made excuses. So please make sure to check your windshield wipers dispenser after using this business for your replacement. I also dont understand how this business has 5 stars.
