Zero star actually..BE AWARE if doing business with this company.When the present owners took over I was happy. They were young, friendly, motivated and helpful. When asked about scooters I would recommend them and pass out their business cards. Overtime I bought 3 scooters through them'Eventually I had 2 extra scooters and they said they could sell them for me. I waited and finally asked how things were going. I was told neither had sold but they were renting them [I never received any money]After a couple more months I notified them that I would like to take 1 of the 2 back. They said it had sold [never told me] and they would send a check "next Tuesday".Another month went by and I asked about the check, "Oh, we'll send it next Tuesday".At least another month went by and I asked again. "I'm sure I signed a check for you. You never got it? I'll have to check with my bank to see if the check got cashed. My wife will call you tomorrow." [she never did]About 2 weeks later she called and asked if she had the correct address because the check had been returned. I confirmed my address and she said she would "immediately resend the check"Now, 3 weeks later....no check.I call...he's not there. I call...no answer. I call...get a message, "Not in, but I'll return your call as soon as possible". [Has never returned my call]I don't know what you call a business that promises to do something....and then doesn't do it.I don't know what you call a business that admits they owe you money....but refuses to pay you.I don't know what you call a business that refuses to return your calls.IF you are going to do business with this company....BEWARE.
