    I am in a new build and Futureway holds the warranty on my unit. The furnace didn't work and I called them on a Friday. They won't be able to come until Tuesday. I can live with that. On Tuesday it was determined that the coil needed to be replaced and they would let me know if the part was in stock or if it had to be ordered. The repairman told me that the office was aware of what was going on and they would call me that afternoon. Well nobody called me back that afternoon, so I called Wednesday morning. They could not determine if the part was ordered or not, they were dealing with a death in the family, and Futureway is a family owned business. However, I was assured they would look into and let me know if the part was ordered. I waited until the following Tuesday to call. I asked if the part had been ordered and she would have to check with the vendor and get back with me, again. She did call me back, it won't be in until the following Thursday. I'm not even sure it had been ordered until I called, but I'm not sure because there was no communication with me. She made an appointment for Thursday at 7:00 am. With temperatures reaching freezing at night now, even though I had to work that day, I took the day off. They waited until Thursday 7:00 am to let me know that the part was not in. I had taken the day off from work!!! I can't understand why they didn't know the night before. But good news, the owner stated he will replace the coil and compressor the next day for me. If he had the ability to fix my unit before why didn't he? Futureway has no customer service at all. I would not recommend them to anyone!
