A Nightmare Experience with Cool Spaces: Young ******** Owner's Recklessness I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring Cool Spaces Insulation, a seemingly promising young business owned by ***********************, to handle a home improvement project. My expectations were met with an unprofessional, chaotic, and utterly disastrous ordeal that left my property in a worse state than before.Lack of Formal Contract: No Site Visit or Planning. ***** and his team failed to conduct a site visit before commencing work. Aggressive and Harassing Behavior: His disrespectful and harassing conduct was both uncomfortable and unacceptable.Deviation from Scope and Causing Additional Damage:They proceeded to make arbitrary decisions that deviated from the initial plan as HE WAS NOT EVEN PRESENT ON-SITE, resulting in significant additional damage to my property. When confronted about these issues, ***** dismissed my concerns and refused to take responsibility.Incomplete and Subpar Work:In addition to causing more damage than they repaired, the work that Cool Spaces Insulation did complete was subpar at best. Sloppy craftsmanship, uneven finishes, and shoddy materials left me with a result that was far from the professional standard I had expected.In conclusion, my experience with Cool Spaces and its young business owner, *****, was nothing short of a nightmare. The absence of a formal contract, lack of on-site preparation, aggressive behavior, deviation from the scope, and subpar workmanship were all indicators of a business that is not remotely ready for the responsibilities it claims to handle.
