            **** Serene, is a true gentlemen and an honest knowledgeable owner that takes time to attempt to answer questions and concerns over the phone to save us money. Being that I could not solve our issue and after speaking to him a couple of times, we had him visit for an appointment, and he solved our issue. We are blessed to have him on our corner if any stair lift issues arrive in the future.
