I went in on july 30th 2024 to do a window tint and the owner told me 190 for 3 windows and a strip in the front i never did the strip infront because my window is cracked, a couple weeks later i noticed some bubbling and also i rolled down my window and noticed some uneven cuts, i texted the owner and he rescheduled me an appointment i went in September 5th 2024 i went ini talked to a employee and he went to get kenyon i showed him the mistakes and i noticed he was raising his voice i tried to stay as calm as possible, kenyon proceeded to raise his voice and say you dont know anything about tint i was surprised very unprofessional, i asked him why does it do it he did not explain. Kenyon said im just being a cry baby about there work and i told him what do you mean he went inside i followed him and i asked him if hes going to do it, he threw my keys and said he will not. I grabbed my keys and he started to make cry baby faces mind you im only 20 and hes around his 30s i did not want to do any business with him anymore i dont feel safe going back to that property. I would a refund but not a repair dont want to step near that business.Initial Complaint

This bussiness did a service on my car and it was for installing window's tint . He said it comes with a life time warranty and thats what his website says too . A month after he installed the window's tint , one of the windows started to peel off . I contacted him to fix it and we scheduled a day to do it . So today after i get there for my appoinment and i was explaining to him how its frustrating to come back to fix it especially after only a one month from putting them on . He started cussing at me and yelling and kicking me out of his garage refusing to fix what he didnt do right from the first place . It was something i never seen before from a bussiness owner. He refused to fix it and refused to refund . He was yelling like a crazy person cussing and saying so much of unappropriate things . it left me shocked . It was a big mistake bringing my car to his bussiness . waste of money and on top of that he is very disrespectful and i really dont know how he still has his bussiness open but i bit it wont be for longInitial Complaint

On August 7, 2021 my **** ***** Corvette was taken to the Kenyon Mobile Detailing shop. The technician was to apply a window tinting film to the inside of the sunroof. The shop did not have a template for this sunroof tint. Because there was no template, the technician had to cut the window tint by hand. The technician chose to use the top of the sunroof as a cutting surface. He used a sharp object directly on the top of the acrylic sunroof surface. This caused deep cut marks in the top of the sunroof that can not be buffed out. The only way to remove the cut marks is to replace the acrylic part of the sunroof. The current quote that I have for replacement is $794. The shop was paid $40 for the sunroof tint/labor. At the time of the incident the technician self reported causing the damage. The customer service department initially said they would send someone out to fix the issue. This never happened. I have since had multiple communications with one of the owners, ******* Kenyon where she committed to pay for the repair of my sunroof. I sent her the quote from the repair company twice. The company stopped replying to my emails 12 days ago.
