I took my car in for a motor replacement, which I was told would take 3 to 4 days. Instead, it took an entire month. When I finally picked up my car, I noticed warning lights on the dashboard, and there was an unusual noise. The team reassured me that it was due to the extensive repair and "reset" the lights manually, claiming everything would adjust with time.Within a week, the lights reappeared. When I called back, they asked me to bring the car in again, keeping it for two more days. This time, they told me that my car required a software update, which they were unable to perform. They suggested I take it to a dealership for the software work, despite it all being part of my warranty.After scheduling an appointment at the dealership, they conducted their own diagnostics. To my shock, they found $6,500 in damages caused during the motor replacement, including missing bolts and an improperly attached control arm bar--significant issues that make the car unsafe to drive.When I informed Meineke as a courtesy, I spoke with the manager, ******, who seemed indifferent to the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to reconsider. Their handling of warranty claims and lack of accountability have left me facing extensive repairs due to their poor workmanship and insufficient customer service. Please, do not trust them with your vehicle.
