    After contracting for AC/heating ****************************** fof 10 years, our experience has been frustrating. The maintenance agreement supposedly gives you priority service. The opposite. Because you're "locked in" to a contract, you're apparently placed at the bottom of the priority list. My husband has been living with Multiple Myeloma cancer for most of this contract. Purchased it for ********************** as he can no longer do this on his own. They have canceled appointments four times; the last being yesterday evening. We wouldn't have know had my husband not called, yet again, at 7:45p last night. Their "system was down" & techs were not reporting in. And they couldn't access the system to see appointments. Simple solution, print a physical copy of the days appointments in case the system goes down. I called this morning to confirm an early appointment as my husband has a chemo appointment. I was told she would "note" it and someone would call after the meeting. It's now 9:40 am & still no call. A meeting doesn't last that long. This is how George Brazil treats customers with ********************** agreements. Total disregard for customers. According to their ads, they have 24/7 service and the company is built on honesty, integrity and reliability. So far, they have absolutely not lived up to their advertisements. This may seem like a ***** complaint, but if you/your family have ever dealt with a life altering cancer or health concern, it is not. It adds stress to a life that is already extremely stressful. We are definitely unhappy with their unfulfilled promises and the so called strength their company was built on.
