Date of the transaction was July 10th, of 2023. I won and was billed for several items from Auction Nation located on Bell road. They have since changed their business name to Deal Chop LLC; although they are owned by the same people. They have instituted a policy of picking up your items in 2 business days. They do not regularly enforce this. Their 2 business day rule is misleading as well. Technically since the auction closes at night, Monday would still be a business day (48 hours). I was hospitalized for heat stroke and was unable to pickup my items on Saturday. Form the hospital, I called the registered phone number for that location. The lady informed me that while the number is for that facility, they do not speak for the auction (weird). She said that I should be fine if I am there early on Monday since they are closed on Sunday. I went early on Monday morning. The customer service rep refused to give me all of my items. She refused to allow me to speak to a manager. She could offer no explanation where my items went. After i repeated my request to speak to a manager (calmly I might add); she walked away from me. I attempted to handle the matter over email with management, but still no reply.
