What I ordered and what I got was 2 different things. I was not informed that the Waterway jet that I ordered was no longer available and was replaced by another jet and was still given the same part number. The jet that was sent to me will work in the hot tub hole, but I should have been made aware of the substitute. As my hot tub has some age on it, I elected to keep the one sent to me since I still need to put a jet in the hole. As a customer, I feel that Wild West should have informed me of the substitute prior to shipping.******* E. *******Review from Susan C

Placed an order for 2 gaskets as replacement stock. Price was great. Easy to order. Was kept informed of order and shipment progress. Even got notified when the carrier was delayed due to weather! Product arrived a day earlier than anticipated. Will definitely order from this vendor again.Review from Antonio C

Dishonest ********************* adds an "optional" item during checkout and then refuses to remove it. Poor ***************** The website says that they have 24/7 customer service. However, two of my emails went unanswered. I had to follow-up with them, rather than the other way around. Yikes. It's curious that they don't have any ****** reviews. I'm sure it's part of their strategy. I recommended doing business with a reputable company instead.Review from Stuart S

!!DISHONEST BUSINESS - ADDS UNNECESSARY ITEM TO ORDER DURING CHECKOUT!!Company automatically adds an "optional" item during the checkout process for an additional $1.95 and will then refuse to remove it after the order if you did not catch it (blaming the customer for not having caught it during the checkout when they added it without ANY notification!).Review from David D

Ordered a pump motor that was advertised as "in stock". Immediately received an email stating that they were checking the warehouse for product availabilty and would contact me soon. I had to contact lthem, and each time I called, I received the same response stating that they needed to check with the warehouse. I canceled the order and now have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Then order with another company and wait another 3 to 5 days for shipping. My first order with Wild West Pool supplies....never again!!! One star rating is too high!! If you don't have the product, then I should not be able to place the order. At least that appears to be the way every other website works.Review from jean francois C

I have a leaking spa. It leaks after the gate valve. I originally ordered a CMP branded PVC manifold. I was notified within a day or two that they were out of stock of that item. Wild West emailed me several times and offered a similar part from a different manufacturer. I ordered the replacement part from the different mfg. and received it in a couple of days.I am very pleased with their customer service and timely email responses.
