The water gets turned off regularly. They supposedly "fixed" the pipes but they still get turned off all the time. You can not drink the water unless you filter it or buy bottled. They do nothing about the speeders. i have personally seen kids almost get hit and i have almost been hit just because people run the stop signs and go too fast.

On or around September 16, 2022 I contacted Inspire Communities about a home located at **************************************************************. The home is advertised for sale for the price of ****** or for rent at the rate of ******. This is the person I corresponded with:************************* Inspire Communities Online Sales Specialist P:******************** E:********************************* Her reply to me was the home is not for rent, it is for sale. I asked why are you advertising this home for rent, if it isn't for rent ? I explained in my email I had full intentions on making a purchase on the home provided I am comfortable living in the new ********************. I replied back to her stating that this advertisement sounds like the old bait and switch tactic used to complete a sale and that I am reporting this to the BBB. This home is also listed for rent or sale for the same amounts with MH Village. When I requested feedback, I have been ignored. Her last response to me was on 9/20/22 "I am looking into this and will get back to you asap". No response received.

      Here is our response.

The home in question should have been listed as Sale Pending instead of just for sale and for rent. It was an internal mistake on our part. Unfortunately, this issue did not get resolved at the Community level but has been escalated to me now. The home has been under contract since September 8, 2022 but was not labeled as such when ******************** reached out inquiring about the home on September 16, 2022. Our Internal Sales Specialist, *************************, who interacted with him did not know the home was pending sale as she is located in ** and the community is located in ********. It is the responsibility of the community to update the Marketing Tab in our internal system w/ sale pending and also need to ensure that the pricing is advertised properly. We do have other homes for sale in the ************ community and sales and rentals in our sister communities nearby that ******************** could view.

      Thank you,

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Regards,

The property of Country View owned by Inspire Communities tried to have me and my wife evicted for nonpayment of rent. When we showed them we kept the receipts they had to cancel the eviction and me threatening to contact SD ************************ A few weeks later they had my pickup impounded for having a low tire in my own driveway. The truck is currently insured and registered. It was also in my parking pad. The truck has a slow leak on the tire and despite the fact I tried to tell them otherwise, it is not inoperable. It has a bad cylinder and consumes more fuel then is necessary so I dont drive it since I work out of town. The park has also raised our rent twice within 5 months time. They claimed they could since we owned our trailer and they were now charging us trash service, which was part of our contract as part of the lot rent. They also had our water shut off without warning because they said we had a leak under our trailer. It is actually illegal to turn off any utilities without prior notification. They also shut off the water before my payday on a Tuesday so we had to go without water for almost a week before I could get it fixed. They also had the mailboxes locked up after 7 pm and since I worked 2 to 3 jobs, there were times I could not get my mail for days. They have since left it unlocked after arguing with me about it being a huge fine to keep someone from their mail. I do know I need to make repairs to my home but I am one income and I am classified as a disabled veteran per the V.A. I also work multiple jobs to make ends meet and have difficulty getting things fixed at times because of my injuries. I tried to explain to the staff but they made an excuse that the city was causing them grief.
