              Subject: Neglect to perform basic safety procedures Description:I paid $3201.05 for wheels and tires and they didn't install centric rings or even recommend them as well I even told them I had a vibration issue on the first set of tires and still no mention 4 visits and no mention of centric rings after I research I purchased them myself to speed up the install they told me it would take 3 days to get them in very dismayed with the service this will be my last purchase for tires and wheels from Discount Tire buyer beware centric rings are a safety issue and Discount Tire took no action to warn me of the potential dangers also after the first visit my air suspension service message came up on my dash I told the manager he didn't look at my truck just said we always check. Discount Tire is not properly installing and or servicing my truck after spending $3201.05 the corporate office needs to be aware of this and I will make sure they are this is very dangerous I found out on my own about centric rings, not from DISCOUNT TIRE many people could potentially have been seriously injured very disturbing, to say the least you put your life in their hands at the very least you expect them to inform you of potential dangers they failed. I want something done to prevent this from happening in the future and I want to return all wheels and tires I will go to a tire company that takes safety seriously. I am distraught with the service I received from the Alafaya store they put my family life in danger on 11/11/24 they took off my tire and saw there was no centric rings and still sent me on my way how dangerous is that

              Ordered a tire online on there site paid for it they took the money as soon as I pressed the button then went to the store and the tire wasn't there they said they had to order it never said on the site that it wasnt available at all if it would i wouldn't have paid for it and would have went elsewhere needed it that day so i could hear back to VA they told you it would take up to 5 days for a refund i wanted it back the same day so i could buy a tire if you dont have tires in your store dont advertised them online just to get customers and take there money still waiting on my refund
