I stayed at worldmark ******* for 3 nights I checked out October 25th around 11:20am, when I checked out and cleared the room at some point I forgot my purse, at 1:27pm I receive a call from the hotel telling me that I left my purse I let them know that I would be on my way to get my personal belongings. *** who is the assistant manager proceeds to tell me that they went INTO my purse to look for my ID and counted my money, I dont recall hotel workers to be allowed to go into my personal belongings . She proceeds to tell me that she counted $1320, originally I had $1800 in my purse that is a fact because that is my rent money that has been sitting in my purse for over weeks now. I get to the hotel and I ask for the manager to come to the lobby instead of ***** and Jordyn(front desk workers) calling the manager they call **** who is the security guard, **** was very rude and made numerous threats such as if I didnt get away from the counter I was going to find out. I proceed to walk around the downstairs lobby area looking for the manager, **** comes around the corner followed by jordyn recording me telling me that I better stop knocking on the door. They counted my money where there happened to be no cameras so now they are doing an investigation. Not only that later in the day I get a transaction saying that they charged my card $150 I proceed to call them to ask what the charge was about and was told that they have proof that I was smoking in the room, I dont smoke nor do I allow people to smoke around me my boyfriend left his rolling tray on the patio because is where he rolled it then went to his car to smoke. After they told me that information the man which I didnt get his name hung up in my face, I called back this time ***** answered the phone and told me we cannot do anything to help you and hung up in my face, as I called back she picked the phone up and hung it right up numerous amounts of time.
