I visited Nextcare twice (10/18 and 10/19). I was charged 100 dollars after my insurance paid part of the ****. I paid this on February 16th and have a confirmation email proving my payment. I have received another **** (on 4/16) that says I owe another hundred dollars for the same visits and that no payment was received. I've called them multiple times today. After one hour on hold, they hung up on me. After another hour and a half on hold, they transferred me to another line that was dead, no representative, no holding music, nothing. They are attempting to scam me out of 100 dollars and refusing to answer the phone.

Covid testing is free under the cares act. Additionally urgent care visits are a $10 copay per my insurance even if it wasn't covered under the cares act. Additionally I confirmed that covid testing was in fact free with their staff prior to receiving the services from them. I now receive a **** for $117. I called their billing department on April 1 and was on hold for over an hour before giving up. Now on 4/7/22 I called again and have been on hold for over an hour and no one has answered still. Reading reviews this seems common, they incorrectly **** patients for covid tests and other services and then just don't answer their phones.

On April 8, 2022 I accompanied my sister to this Urgent Care location. My sister was rushed through with no care to her situation and then was charged a $100 copay for less than five minutes. There was no service provided however because an ultrasound is required and they don't provide those. The physician barely looked at the site of pain, pressed aggressively and painfully on her stomach and then recommended we find and schedule an ultrasound and then wait for the results. He gave one possible reason she could be in pain but did not explain anything well. Additionally, the staff did not follow proper steps and had her filling out paperwork throughout the brief visit and not noting her pain. Less than five minutes and no resolution or help is not worth $100. Also, they had a sign that stated aggressive behavior would not be tolerated including not paying and we felt intimidated to discuss. A refund is theonly option.

We have 3 claims that were not billed correctly to Cigna therefore Cigna denied the claims. The first appointment date was for ************************************** on 8/31/21. It was for a covid test which is free. The other 2 claims were for ************************************************************ on 9/8/21. Again, Covid tests which were no charge visits. After calling Cigna to find out the problem they let me know they were not billed correctly and that is why the claims were denied. Cigna tried calling Nextcare/Primacare and were unable to get anyone on the phone. I was told until the claim was resolved Nextcare cannot legally send anything to collections, so I didn't worry about it.2/8/22- I received a collection notice for the 8/31 claim for $135.73 which I paid.3/15/22- I called Cigna who again tried to call Nextcare with no resolve. I emailed Nextcare about these telling them also that the visits were billed incorrectly and they need to resend to Cigna. I still have 2 bills coming that should be resolved without me having to pay or them send to collections again.I have been to this location in the past and never had a problem until these visits.

I went to NextCare on 8/9/2021 and went for a UTI, I was in pain and wanted to be seen, I checked in and gave my insurance information, I did a dipstick, to where I Pee'd in a cup, I waited for a while and the girls at the front started turning people away, it was about 4pm, I finally was advised that a room was available, Then *****, PAC, **** stated that he was the physician on duty. Before he walked in, I could hear the girls from the front desk telling him I was diabetic and it was late, so **** came in and said, " I can't do anything for you due to you being diabetic" and left.
