Our firm had supported this company as a vendor since 2016. Starting in 2019 to present they NEVER paid their invoices on time. It was common to be 60 and 90 days past due. Their accounting department would hide behind their support staff and never have answers. We choose to "work" with them through the pandemic being empathetic. The late payments continued and never stopped. We were constantly promised payment would improve. It never did. Presently, they owe tens of thousands of dollars and cannot meet their internal payroll. We learned a hard ****** here, go with your gut. We should have bailed on this company long ago instead of trying to support them in their challenges. Come to find out, ***************** is a tax evader and most likely a fraudster *************************************************************************************************************************** **************************************************************************************** phone numbers are all disconnected. Funny, website is still active and CA corporation is still open and not terminated yet. This lawsuit may be the final nail in the coffin for them.
