We paid $15,826 for down payment on Jan 13,2024 for our solar project and there was absolutely zero work that was performed and would like a refund. We cant get a hold of anyone.Initial Complaint

We got into contract with Solarepwr on 26th August 2022 and signed a contract to get solar panels installed at our residence. The installation was done on 13th March 2023 after the full payment of ~$10,000 The final inspection was done on 11th April 2023.For almost a year now we have been trying to get Solar activated but the Solare power company has not been responsive to calls or emails and they are extremely unprofessional and do not care about getting this done. There have been repeated concerns raised by pge for the voltage discrepancy in the design. They do not respond and it has been an extremely frustrating experience and we have lost $10,000 and spent more than 18 months in this process with nothing to show for.Initial Complaint

This company was supposed to install solar system for my house. We signed a contract for installation of the solar system. They produced plans for the project. We submitted the initial deposit (about half the total contract price per contract. Then they submitted the plans for city approval. They have also submitted the net energy metering application with the utility company in February 2023.After that, they have stopped proceeding with my project without any contact or explaining any reason. We tried contacting them multiple ways (emails, calls) without any luck to get a hold of anyone. Since February 2023, I did not hear from them at all even after leaving multiple voice messages on the phone or emailing them to get back to us so we could figure out what the issue is and if there is a need to renegotiate anything which I was willing to do. They have run away with half the contract value with doing a very little work.Initial Complaint

I received an Intent to file a Mechanics Lien on my property for work for my solar panels that the company Powur contracted them for. If ***** needs me to pay an amount for the work they can add it to my loan. I have not received a bill from Solare Power LLC or Powur.Initial Complaint

We had hail damage to our Solar panels and as advised by our farmers agent we went with Solare power llc and set up for them to come replace the solar and send half of the money which we did and then they pulled out of Colorado and we have no more contact with them and the work hadnt even started and they have stolen that money and will not return it. There is no contact number for them, we have written letters from military attorney demanding that money back and they have signed for that letter but havent refundedInitial Complaint

The purchase and installation of solar panels. In November of 2022 we purchase a Solar system. So many falls schedule and miscommunication for installation the system was installed in May 2023. Solare Power LLC installed my solar system MAY 2023 During the installation, their employees caused a large ROOF damage in my LEVING-FAMILY room ceiling. In month of August my roof start leaking when ******* Hurricane storm arrived. They did not accept the damage they did. I had a 3 to 4 professional roof company report that stated roof damage caused by shoddy and unprofessional installation of solar panels on my roof. It is now SPEPTBMER NO ******* reply to my phone calls, emails.My concerns:1. Their voice messages box is always full so I cant leave a message. 2. No follow-up on emails 3. **************** is lacking. Contacting someone at Solare Power has been challenging and difficult. Multiple TXET messages left to company President *************************** NO REPLY ****** and ******* on voices messages left at ***************************** VP OF OPERATIONS ***** or ***** Numerous numbers of calls AND emails starting May 2023 regarding. NO RESPONE OR REPLY. The company provided no communication about the status of the final inspection, NEM 2.0 approval. installed the solar panels in MAY 2023. Since then, I've been waiting for the FINAL inspection to turn on the solar power and my roof to be repaired. This company is incredibly unprofessional and has not completed the end of the contract. I need Solare to fix these issues immediately. This is an unacceptable business practice. The lack of customer service is disturbing. As a new customer of this industry that has had a contract for years I am deeply concern and distress. The matter in which Solare Power addresses or fails to address basic customers emails or voice mails is alarming.Initial Complaint

Hello,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by solarepwr.com in regard to the solar panel installation project, as per our contract dated October 24, 2022. I wish to bring to your attention the following issues:1. Delayed Installation: As per the contract, solarepwr.com was responsible for scheduling and completing the installation of solar panels at my property. However, the installation has been scheduled multiple times, and each time it has been delayed without any valid reason or prior notice. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part.2. Lack of Communication: Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to your company via phone calls and emails, I have received no response. The lack of communication has left me feeling ignored and abandoned as a customer, which is unacceptable considering the substantial investment I made in this project.3. Unfulfilled Commitments: I have paid a total amount of $20,656.21 by December 13, 2022, as per the invoicing details mentioned below: - November 11, 2022: $1,032.50 USD - December 10, 2022: $9,968.75 USD - December 13, 2022: $9,654.96 USD Despite fulfilling my financial obligations, solarepwr.com has failed to uphold its commitments to timely installation and quality service.I must emphasize that this matter has left me greatly dissatisfied and concerned about the competence and professionalism of your company. I had placed my trust in solarepwr.com to deliver the promised services, and the experience so far has been nothing short of disappointing.Due to the above issues, I am left with no choice but to request an immediate resolution. On December 30, 2022, we entered into a contract with Solare to facilitate the installation of solar panels for our residence located in *****, **********. At the outset, we were informed that the entire project would span a duration of a couple of months from initiation to completion. However, as of August, more than 7 months have elapsed since the contract's execution, and the solar panels are still not operational on our property. Throughout this protracted period, Solare has encountered issues in properly processing the required paperwork with the city. Unfortunately, their communication with us has been severely lacking, leaving us uninformed about the progress or any updates related to the project. Despite our persistent attempts at reaching out, spanning numerous interactions through text messages, phone calls, and emails, we have regrettably received no substantive responses. Promised timelines for paperwork completion and project installation scheduling have repeatedly come and gone without any tangible progress. Despite assurances to the contrary, our expectations have not been met, and we find ourselves in a frustrating and disheartening situation. We are particularly dismayed by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Solare, as their actions thus far have not aligned with industry standards. The prolonged delay and lack of communication have left us disconcerted, especially given the considerable financial investment we have made in this endeavor. Our patience has been tested, as we have been eagerly awaiting a resolution for over two weeks. We emphasize that we have fulfilled our financial obligations as per the contract terms, yet the anticipated results have not been forthcoming. At this juncture, the level of service provided by Solare raises concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. It is deeply concerning that, despite our payments, the promised services have not been rendered, leading us to question the integrity of the engagement.Initial Complaint

We contracted with Solare Power, in October 2022, through online market *************, to install a 4.4KW solar panel system at our house in ****** **. On November 22, 2022 we were invoiced by Solare Power for Down Payment and Progress Payment #1. Payment of the invoiced amount plus a Credit Card Processing Fee was made on November 22, 2022.Since payment was made I have repeatedly attempted to get scheduling information from Solare Power, both directly and through *************. They fail to respond and have yet to provide any information about our system installation.I have come to learn that Solare Power and ************* have negotiated some kind of contractual breakup and my install is now solely Solare Power's. Yet Solare Power will not return my inquires (phone, text and emails). Voicemails are not returned or voicemail boxes say they are full, emails and texts are not replied to.Initial Complaint

We (my wife and I) agreed to have solar installed on our home. We signed a contract in 2023, October, sent in our deposit of a little more than $9,000, then this vendor failed to communicate, they indicated once they were going to install, then cancelled installation about 2 days prior. I send emails asking questions about install, never to have any emails responded too. I have left messages and texts, with no communications. After April past, and in May, I asked to cancel the project, as I had no confidence in the warranty or the quality of their workmanship, ie if we have a problem, and we are still in the sale process, what type of repairs would I receive.
