      I took a course with this school academy, they stated and I have proof they were licensed to continue with training, it was a 4 week course and 2 out of those trainings were taken and they kept adding classes to mend their mistakes of not having kits or supplies ready for class. We (other classmates) reached out we all got removed from the class chat. We haven't gotten answer back to resume with class. I asked nicely and politely for a refund because they didn't meet the contract. No answer. I just want a refund and I'll leave it at that.

      I paid them a deposit for a class that was via zoom I did the first class when the second class was supposed to happend didn't hear from anyone the group chat was sending messages to them no one was responding back then they send me an message saying the zoom class wasn't going to work out either I could get a pre recorded one or go in person I said ok I'll in person May 7 the class was supposed to start never got a message from no one been sending messages way before May 7 and nothing been calling them and nothing they send me to voicemail and then they turn off the phone I went to the school on Monday and it was close if they don't want to do the class I want my money back one of the other girls that was doing it via zoom they keep her money is not fair that they make you pay for something and don't give you the class and keep our money I need my money back to find another school who would teach me on what I want to do is not fair this school keeps peoples money and then disappear the payment for the first class my daughter in law send it to them because my account was overdraft but I will attached pictures

      4/15/22 - I purchased a tooth gem training from the business pay $*** as the deposit on the website & also paid for next day shipping. Listed below is all that was stated that was included with the training along with a **** call for the training which was scheduled for 4/22/22 @ 3pm (LA Time). "Course Includes: Certificate Of Completion (Not a License) Tooth Gem Manual Swarovski Crystals Practice Mouth Curing Light,Priming Gel Bonding Agent Safety Goggles Cotton Rolls Sanitation Pads Microfiber Applicators Drying Fan Training Instructions Consent & Aftercare Forms Hygiene & Safety Precautions Marketing Strategies/Tips " 4/18-Received an email from ************* asking for my username but never stated what my user name was being used for & my username to what, until 4/19 when I stated to them they were not being clear to what username was needed. By this time I STILL had not received what was listed in the description. 4/20-I received a message from the business student page stating that the other half of the payment needed to be paid the day before the training through ************************ 4/21- $*** (remaining balance) was sent via *****. 4/22- at the time of the scheduled training the person in charge messaged & stated the training will start no later than 4pm (LA Time), being 6pm (CT). At 6:20 (CT) they still have not sent the **** link so I messaged & said I did not have time to keep pushing back because I need to feed, bathe, and put my kids to bed in a few hours. They then stated they would send me a pre recording along with everything that was listed in the training in which I only received a 4 minute video & was not very educating, hardly explaining anything. 4/24-I messaged asking for the tracking # for my supplies & they stated they would get the info. Which was never done 4/25-messaged again asking for tracking when I was then removed from the chat 4/26- Sent an emailed to ***** regarding the issue & called numerus times & no one will get back to me
