      I had a horrible experience at the bill wright service center. I bought a 2024 Camry xse about two months ago and since I bought it I noticed a rattling noise coming from one of the passenger doors. I made an appointment for my car and decided to wait outside of the dealership for my vehicle, while I was waiting I noticed my car pulling out of the parking lot of the service center (the technician was driving it to hear for the noise) when I saw the car I noticed the person driving it stepped on the car really bad he accelerated really fast halfway up the street then did a u turn and accelerated very fast to come back into the service center he barley braked and drove in super fast through the service center to go back to the shop. This was very upsetting to see someone else driving my car in this manner since I dont even drive my own vehicle like that. When I got the call for my car the advisor ******************* who was extremely rude by the way, called me and said the technician said there was no noise. I decided to go get my car assuming they had fixed it, upon picking up my car I quickly noticed the rattling noise was still there and nothing changed. I was extremely upset because not only did the technician drive my car in a disrespectful manner but he also did a half-assd job in fixing my vehicle and claimed there was no noise at all. I talked to a higher up on two separate occasions and they both seemed to have just brushed it off like it was nothing. I also pointed out to them that I essentially just wasted my time because the technician did not do his job properly. I drove two hours from ****** to get my car serviced thinking my vehicle would be treated with respect and would have been fixed, neither of these things happen. I am extremely disappointed with how my car was treated and how I was treated by ****. I just wasted my time here because the technician did not take the proper time to address my vehicle and try and fix my problem.
