      In 2015 I had a consult with ****** Medical *** ******* **** ***** *** ****** ***** ** XXXXX, for hair implant surgery. We agreed on price and amount of hair follicles I write buy. In December, I had surgery. I was told final results would take 2 years, though I'd see great growth within 6 months. I paid $***** for 2500 hair follicles, that didn't grow. I kept in constant contact with ****** and sent them pictures after one year. They agreed my hair was not growing. After 12 months, they performed a very painful "blood plasma" procedure, removing plasma from my arm to inject in my scalp. I wasn't charged for this plasma procedure, though I have a 4 hr drive each way and costly hotel stay, each time I travel to ****** in Kansas City, Mo. The plasma procedure didn't work, still no new hair growth. I was very upset with ****** and they began putting me off, regarding their 100% guarantee. After 2 years and no results, I was given another surgery appointment, only because I sent emails threatening litigation against ******. In December of 2018, I had a second procedure. The doctor agreed I didn't get results, from the first surgery or blood plasma treatment. He only offered me 1500 "free" follicles and advised I needed to buy $**** worth of follicles, to get optimal results. I traveled so far and already had $*** invested, so I went ahead and had a second very painful surgery. Following the 2 procedures, I now have a very large scar on the back of my head, from two separate strips being removed from rear of my scalp. It's now 7 years later and I have no hair growth on my head....and am nearly bald. I have spent over $***. I also paid to travel long distances, stay in hotels, endured 3 very painful procedures, now have a large scar and little to no hair. I'm done with any future surgeries at ******, as they do not work. I'm also using ****** shampoo/conditioner, Rogaine twice daily and using .25gm of Finasteride as advised by doctor, since 2015.

He recently had a video consultation with his Bosley physician who recommended that he schedule an in-person consultation. At the consultation the doctor would examine the growth of his grafts and the progression of native hair loss. Then, his Bosley physician would be able to offer the best options to move forward. At Bosley, our philosophy is to be more than fair and we encourage him to take this next step so that we can continue to work with him. We look forward to seeing him and to addressing his concerns.

      I got a transplant at the ****** office in Kansas City Missouri back in 2014, I've used the vitamins & shampoos as well as the Thermadome helmet, still to this day & my transplant didn't work!!! I still have the same two bald spots that I originally had. I complained to them numerous times & nothing was ever done. I didn't know until now, that I could complain to the BBB. I got **** grafts & paid $*********!!!! So so dissatisfied!!

We encourage you to make an appointment for a consultation in our Kansas City office so that your results can be evaluated and your concerns discussed. Dr. ******* can both assess the growth of your grafts as well as the progression of native hair loss. If it is medically determined that some of your grafts did not grow we can discuss options under the ****** guarantee. If there has been ongoing loss, he can discuss therapies and/or cosmetic solutions which may help you reach your goals.
