I spent 15 dollars playing an online bingo game called Bingo Stars with Lucky Day entertainment. I won and attempted to cash out. They froze the game and refused to honor my refund. They didnt acknowledge me or ******. I dont want the **** winnings. I simplified want a refund on the initial purchase since I did not receive what was promised.Initial Complaint

Lucky day advertising that it pays you to play there games . but really it's 99 percent commericals. so hours and hours more than any game on market then when u win they don't pay I won ***** they said almost 1 year ago and it still says it's windingInitial Complaint

Ok, so I won $19.75 USD, and it has been over 6 months since Dec 25th that I claimed my prize on this app, and it hasn't been sent to me. Can you please help me out since they are ignoring their emails as well? Thanks for your time, ***Initial Complaint

On February 19th, I won ***** on The Lucky Day App game. It took a long time as they have a minimum withdrawal limit set at *****. meaning you can not withdraw your money unless you get over ***** won. Many people have told me they have been waiting for months and even years to get paid or reach that *****. (this is proven to be a scam obviously) Well anyway, I waited and waited, even 7 business days which they said it could take to get the payout. I have the "updated" version of this app as they use that excuse. So I contacted the company multiple times and even sent a demand letter but no response. I have since filed a complaint with My ******* State Attorney General, The ***** who referred the case to The **** This all is ?? percent a scam which is why The *** and Attorney General is getting involved because thousands of people are owed money or have been stuck under *****. Lucky Day keeps doing this because there are never any consequences. Well, I'm not a normal customer. My fiance works for The *** and she is working to shut this app down. However, they need to pay me my ***** and start paying people that are owed!!!I have enclosed proof of winning, people they claim have won tons of money which has been found by my attorney general to be false advertising, I have attached the form email I get Everytime I try to contact someone, and I have included my demand letter which outlined my steps and next steps I will take against this company. They need to be stopped! I also am requesting interest for every day I have not been paid or they could go to court and have me, The ******* State Attorney General, The ***, and many, many witnesses. If they think they can beat the government they are mistaken! I am asking for the ***** I won and the ***************************************************** At ***** a day for 12 days that is a total of ****** + the original ***** I won. Total is ****** or face suit in court, which we will expose them for the scam they are.Initial Complaint

Lucky day is an app where you earn tokens from various task. You can redeem for gift cards or PayPal. I reached ******* tokens for a $200.00 Amazon card on 2/4/24. An email was sent to me claiming once I hit the claim button I'd get a code in one business day. When I hit claim I either get invalid or site can't be reached. I did two support this tickets and they have not reached out. I've tweeted and no response. I had the tokens refunded and tried again to get my card and I can never claim.Initial Complaint

Played games on there application and did offers to receive rewards and still haven't received any payment I summited a request to collect my reward which was supposed to be sent to my PayPal account the amount owed to me is $18.50 I summited the request on 01/11/2024 says it will take 7 business days to process and to send the payment and if I haven't received my payment or reward within 30 days to contact them and I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response the order #******Initial Complaint

Lucky Day has many apps, one of which is Bingo Stars. I have played on this app for several months now. They offer daily tournaments, one of which is "Jackpot" where you pay $1 to play and then $2.50 or $5.00 to play a second time (depending on the day Mon-Thu, the purse is $250, so the reentry fee is less; on Fri-Sun, the purse is $500, so the reentry is $5.00). I have placed in the top three many times, netting over $1,000. I have also contacted support many times to report bugs and suspect scores, to include explaining why the scores were unobtainable. A few months ago, two of the daily tournaments, to include the "Jackpot" tournament, stopped appearing on the list of options in the lobby on my account. At first I assumed that the tournaments were suspended to fix the glitches I was reporting. But after a few weeks, they still did not appear. I asked a friend, and he said he could see one of the daily tournaments (he is not at a high enough level to have access to the "Jackpot" tournament, just the beginner ones), so it is not the case that the tournaments have ceased. I have emailed the support email, which I have been using for NUMEROUS exchanges, and have been ignored. I submitted a new ticket through the app, and that has been ignored. My account, as of today, as not been closed (I know what happens then, as it was once when my kids were trying out the app...apparently two people cannot play the app at the same location. After a warning, my account was reinstated). I have REPEATEDLY stated in my emails that I am willing to provide video evidence of ALL my wins and provide a DETAILED explanation as to how I was able to attain the score I did WITHOUT CHEATING and to point out where others failed to optimize their scores. I am very confident that the players who consistently were losing to me by 5, 10 or 15 points have accused me of cheating, and I am happy to justify my scores.Initial Complaint

Money was added by a child under age child by mistake and it says to add a pay pal so I created pay pal and it still wont release my money nor respond to emails. It dont let you remove your card when added to play the free gamesInitial Complaint

Emailed this company with 3 times no response in over 1 week and a half. I still have not received my winnings or a reply email. When you have access to peoples bank info and they are expecting money this is very unacceptable. They have no problem deducting money and will take it from my account within seconds. There is no phone number to reach customer service. Based on the other complaints submitted i read, this is the same and i hope this is resolved immediately. thank you in advance. This company should be ashamed of their services.
