      Got an estimate from them. That was in Dec 2021. Sent my $1500 camera lens to them. Agreed to terms. Sent payment Feb 2022.They did not respond for a long time to many request. Then, blamed supply chain issues. Promise delivery dates that passed. Then, returned my incompletely repaired lens - wont focus (Feb 28th, 2022). Sent lens back for full repair on their assurances. Last date of delivery promised was in Sept 21, 2022, Today is Jan 2023. Several more requests for update are ignored.

      Sent a ********* lens in for repair. Enter multiple inquiries they sent a ****** invoice for almost ***** The wife paid the invoice and we didn't hear anything back for at least two weeks. Suspecting something wrong we can't take ****** to get our money back. We received the money back via ****** shortly there after. Again made more inquiries about how to resolve the issue and get our lives back approximate value of ************ Never heard another word. Went to the address in *******, only to find out it was a PO Box Pack and ship. Not sure what to do now.

      This 'company' doesn't perform the services as promised and doesn't communication with customer. My email to them today: On July 17, I sent you my camera for repair. Your initial email response was that the repair would take "5-7 days". However, after nearly 2 months, I have yet to receive any notice that the repair is complete. I have reached out to you through this forum and by telephone on four previous occasions, with no response other than your generic email reply stating you received the email. When calling on the telephone, you actually answered once and stated "you will get a response in 2 hours" and hung up without asking for an order number or anything to clarify to whom you were talking. Your lack of communication and failure to perform the repair as promised requires me to DEMAND THE IMMEDIATE RETURN OF MY PROPERTY WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THIS COMMUNICATION. Your failure to comply with this demand will only make this matter more adversarial and will involve me taking legal action, including filing a police report with the ************ Police Department ************* and filing a non-registered business complaint with the City of ******* Office of Community Development *************** I hope you take this communication seriously and will respond immediately with the return of my property so this matter will be resolved and further legal action will be unnecessary.

      I sent a lens in for repair back in March of 2022. I received an acknowledgement of the receipt of the equipment by email. I was given a much higher revised estimate, but allowed the repair to proceed, except that it never did. I was told over and over again that he was waiting on parts. Finally, the site changed its domain name, but it's the same company, I tried contacting them again through their site, but I'm no longer getting responses. I've asked repeatedly to have my lens sent back. It was in working, albeit not perfect condition when I sent it in.       I shipped a Panasonic GH6 camera to the "Burbank Camera & Camcorder Repair" on July********, after receiving an estimate for **** dollars to repair the camera's microphone input. Almost a month later and without receiving any information about my camera, on August *******, I finally got an e-mail confirming they inspected the camera, with a surprise new total for ******** I immediately replied that I cannot afford such a repair because it is more than double the original estimate. I have requested them to return my camera without performing any repairs, but because they do not answer the phone and e-mail communication happens at random, I fear this is a scam site and wonder why the authorities haven't stepped in, since these people take expensive equipment from many people who are misled by their website, and there are tons of negative feedback about them online (which sadly I found after mailing the camera).

      I sent in my ********* camera for repair. Website said turn around time was around 1 week. It took multiple weeks to even get confirmation they had received my camera. I know exactly what was wrong with the camera and they claimed addition parts were broken. They doubled the repair price. Communication is horrible. They wont return my camera.

Your equipment has been examined and it was found the main circuit board requires replacement. Cleaning the unit inside and out as well as re-calibrating and re-aligning it to factory specifications. The final repair cost is $329.26 Accepted *** 1 and received response *** ** You have approved to repair your equipment. The repair process has been started. The Panasonic product that you have inquired about is currently with a technician. The total repair cost is $329.26 We will give you $15.00 discount if you pay by check or ***** instead of using a credit card or ******. Send money via ***** to ************************** If you would like to pay by check, please mail us check payable to******** Credit Card or ****** payment: We will email the invoice after repair is completed. It is payable online by all major Credit cards or ******. Sent my decision *** ** Thanks you for the update. I will be paying by credit card but that you for the offer of the discount. That was the last I have heard from them until after I sent a request for status *** *** I received an automated response: Your request for a repair status has been received. Customer service representative will email you the repair status within 1-2 business days*. I have heard nothing since then.

They sent another invoice and I paid and the repaired camera was received by me today. INITIAL COMPLAINT IS REVOKED, but I can't understand why a business would have such poor communication practices as to invite these complaints in the first place. THEY RECEIVED OUR EQUIPMENT OVER 20 DAYS AGO AND HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO A SINGLE EMAIL NOR DO THEY ANSWER THE PHONE. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, MANY ARE ACCUSING THIS COMPANY OF BEING A SCAM. WE NEED OUR EQUIPMENT RETURNED TO US. AT THE VERY LEAST, WE NEED THEM TO CONTACT US SO WE CAN DISCUSS WHAT THE NEXT STEPS WILL BE.

      This business claims that they repair unit within 7-10 business days. My camcorder was delivered to this business on ********* After over two weeks of no status update from this business, I attempted to contact them multiple times, via email, website status-update form, and telephone, to demand for a status update, but never received a reply within the specified time that they said they'd reply. I do not trust this business to fix my camcorder. I want to request this business to contact me immediately to obtain a return address and return my camcorder back to me.
