              Customer service is non existent. The options on their web-site don't work like the live chat. Hours on the site are 8am to 7pm however at 6:30pm they delivered an automated message saying it was after hours. They website also doesn't recognize my modal number MVWC565FW1 The next day I tried the live chat and it wasn't activated and wouldn't load. It took a week for me to receive an email response with a phone number I was to call 1-800 - 344-1274. There I was emersed into 5 minutes of prompts only to sit on hold for now , 40 minutes, listening to recordings and excuses that they are experiencing an unusual amount of calls. After 45 minutes, a recording came on telling me I will be on hold for at least 29 more minutes. After 5 more minutes of waiting THEY dropped my call. I will not be purchasing Maytag or Whirlpool products ever again and I will be contacting the BBB and Lowes. When I went to file a complaint, in order to submit, I had to register my with "Socials" to submit it. Why do I have to register with "Socials" to submit this complaint?
