Initial dealer named SKY scammed us by verbally saying we would be at an 11%-12% APR rate and even said to my mom that it was perfectly normal. After going back and forth with him about that, He switched us to a different manager on-site, and that manager was able to push our application to ******* financial, which got approved but was sitting at an APR rate of 8%. Due to the high APR rate, I bargained the price lower to about ****** from ******, and the new manager agreed on the spot. He said I had to send a couple of documents tonight and that we could show up tomorrow morning to sign off on the rest of the documents to get ownership of the vehicle. The following morning, I was conversing with him through email and after a couple of replies, he stopped replying. We showed up to the dealer lot, only to be put back with the original dealer who tried to scam us and even ran our credit cards through 8 different banks on the spot and later told us to go with the one nameless bank that approved us for 11% APR. The same apr rate that he assumed would be given to us the moment we stepped into his office. the people who work here are targeting minority 'Korean' and older folks like mother who know nothing about such info. He wears a badge that says, "korean manager". He's korean himself. What a pity to see that he will treat his own kind this way. Without my verbal consent, they ran my credit 8 more times and tried to put us on a deal that was not set forth by the new manager who was representing the deal. Rogue employees, ***** deals, and insider tricks. Will try to press litigation if possible.

To try and run my credit 8 times without my approval? He literally told me he was gonna try one company other than ******* so it should only make an additional instance. Second of all, you guys shouldn't be switching dealers like its no big deal. It is a big deal! How can you have someone entirely new represent a deal we are already talking about only to turn us back around to speak with the same guy who has been trying to push narratives and false lies down to my mom? Admit your guilts, or go kick rocks. AS long as I am alive, I'll be making sure to turn customers away from you guys as along as possible unless I get an apology from Sky.
