My mother, ******* *******, was drawn into the Introstem store by employees in the public walkway inside *************** on 9/9/24. ******* has primary progressive aphasia and early-stage frontal temporal dementia. Her aphasia (like ***** ******) prevents her from communicating clearly. She cannot complete sentences 90% of the time. She cannot "find her words." She is 78.She was taken to a private back room and subjected to some kind of treatment/procedure that left bruises on her legs, forearms, and most remarkably, on her forehead. Her medical provider has recorded these injuries and questioned her about the financial, sexual, and physical abuse to which she was subjected. ******* reports not having all of her clothes on, she was held down, and she had to tell ****** the employee, to "stop that." A police investigation has been initiated with the *****************************. Her medical provider, a mandated reporter, has also forwarded this information to the ****. The result of this encounter on 9/9/24 was ******* writing a check for $7,901.95 for a package of skin care products. The check was dated 2020 (not 2024) and endorsed by *******, NOT Introstem (strange). Despite these mistakes, the check was cashed by **************** It is our genuine understanding that someone helped or pressured ******* write this check. She was scared and unable to protest. ********* family, health care provider, and Ashwaubenon law enforcement are not going to let this drop. In the meantime, we seek your help to address this issue. We understand this company has a reputation of predatory marketing. We seek a refund of any of ********* costs, and she can return the ridiculously priced products. We are also committed to raising awareness about this company's practices.

I was made to purchase a product and services after prolonging a facial booking to 3 hours long pushy sales tactic related to skin care with a receipt that says I will be give 9 facials. I later tried to ask for refund within 2 business days and they refused it as final sale. On that I have a video recording of sales employee saying the place is there for 15 years and they are working since last 10 years and I will be given promised service. I was sold service in April 27, 2024 and now their shop is permanently closed in ************ centre with no contact with the employee. I was offered for all services to be given in this location. They put me on instalments of $200 for 3 years. I want my money back for false sale for all the remaining amount and I am willing to return their products as I am not informed of closing of store without any prior notice. I am not given the promised service and I want my refund for any remaining payment.

3/13/2024 salesman put eye junk under my eye and now I have a serious eye condition. I am being treated with steroid eye drops, that dont seem to be resolving the issue. I am so disappointed that I allowed myself to get roped in to allowing my eye to be touched like that. They hand you a sweet little heart shaped soap. Yes I qualify as an elderly woman, their target. At least I didnt purchase; that would be crazy as the price is half my monthly income. I need to know the ingredients of the product for my doctor. So much for a nice trip to *******. I feel so stupid; he used his bare hands. My eye is painful, I am very depressed.

My husbandand I were onvacation on 3/11/24 inPanama and this guy we meet in the street looks at my husband and tells him oh I see you work in computers cuz you have bags under your eyes, anyway he escorts us to his store and starts showing us products and persuading us likecrazy although I kept saying I dont want to spend on skincare he kept pushing. One product that you rub on your ********* peels your deadskin, he kept trying to promote and I said I didnt want it.He lied about the price. He said it was over 200$ to us.I said I dont want it then he started persuading us to buy another product for baggy eyes by showing us on the website its $1K and he will give it to us for 500 and we said no so he then preceded to add in that skin peel thing and say h*** do both for 400$ andhe said oh dont be cheap, after high persuasion tactics, we purchased the peel and other eye product for 385$ and I left the store feeling soscammed. After I went online and saw he was lying about the price of the peel (120$)&he was making excuses and calling us names and pretending as if were the crazy ones when I reached out via WhatsApp.I also foundtons of articles online about how this company is a scam and what happened to me happened to thousands of others and he totally ignored.Another thing is that one of the products that we got was half empty when we opened it and upon telling him he got really angry saying oh it cant be why are you calling me a liar? This wasnt shocking considering he was defensive about everything from the start.I want to get a refund or at least a partial refund for these products. The eye product is still closed and the other product that came half empty wasnt used since seeing that. I also found out that the skin peel is not all natural ingredients and ******* kept boasting that it is. We werent told no returns are allowed he was just trying really hard the whole time to make us buy the products and made us feel like he spoiled us when he left us upset

This an update on the situation with this company. They wanted me to take the ebikes in for repair in my area but after me call these bike repair shops they do not work on this make and model I have asked for a replacement ebike for months. They would not do that. They said as they have said in the past they would send me a box to return the ebike. I said ok as long as I get a return shipping label and that Im not responsible for damages to the ebike during shipping and that I am provided a promissory letter that a replacement ebike will be sent back to me at no charge they refused. The only offer is for them to send me a box. What if the box does not have styrofoam or some kind of protection and gets damaged further due to shipping and they fail to send me a new ebike I end up with zero

Bought Introstem eye product - Hydrolift A-ge reforming alpha - at *************** in ************ for $150. Was told the product was enough for 1 year. They also had a 3 year supply for $300. I used it 10 times and it was all used up. It also didn't work, but really, why should that have been believed? I do think it should have lasted the designated time frame.

On 2/6 & 2/15/2024 I mde purchases from Mazale/Orogold for 24k Body Scrub. I ordered 8 on 2/6 & 8 on 2/15. Upon receipt of each order, I noticed the scrub was like a loose salt with no oils & totally not the product. I call & left several *********** the 1st of several emails on 2/15. I rcv'd a call frm customer Service & explained the product sent/received is not the normal formula as it is like salt and ***** the skin. They advised they wld contact they product development team & get back with me. I followed back up with an email as they asked I send pics of the product. I opened one to show it is a loose powdery salt substance with is not their normal. On 2/19 & 2/20, I rcvd an email from them adving the had rcvd my **************** "already shared your concern with our product development team." On 3/4 *************************, (Orogold Cust. Spprt) wrote, "Thank you for your cooperation in providing us with the pictures. We will go ahead and do the necessary investigations on this matter, as soon as we have answers regarding your concern we will contact you." I replied, " I am seeking a resolution (replacement or refund) as I have paid for items that are not usable." On 3/4 ****** responded, "We got an answer from them, they said the formula is the same as always, and there have not been any changes in years." I responded, This is a product I "regularly' purchased and am quite familiar with what it looks like, how it works and what I received is "not" the product I have purchased in the past & as a loyal customer, I wanted 2 rectify the matter w/o filing a complaint as I love using the body scrub. I rqstd the prdct be replaced or a *********** bck the defective product @ their expense. On 3/5 @ 4:19 PM, ****** emailed, "We will send you the 24k body scrubs. here is no need for you to ship back the products" then @ 6:33 PM she wrote disregard my previous email as we cannot send you free items as a resolution."This is unfair. Pics of what I rcvd & wht it shld be.

The transaction occurred on December 17, 2023 at Orogold Cosmetics located at ******************************************* was misled, omitted, misinformed and pressured into making a purchase that cost $7232.00.I am seeking a refund for the purchase as I was lied to and mislead about the ******* prime red light therapy device and I was pressurized using high pressure sales tactics to make the purchase.I was lured into the store by a sales associate that goes by the name ****** (*****) to show me how their products work. ****** lied to me about the credentials of their skin care specialist *********************, as he stated she is renowned worldwide as she is accredited and very well known in the skin care industry. He told me that he wants me to talk to her about my skin but he cant make any promises as she only deals with VIP clients that book with her 4-6 months in advance yet in this particular moment in time she was readily available to meet with me. I then talked to ***** and she informed me that I had pigmentation and sun damage that needed to be corrected. She informed me that I need to purchase the Genesis ***** device and that it comes with a Lifetime warranty. She continuously stated the device has a lifetime warranty and that any issues with the device would be fully covered at no expense. Once she told me the price of the device I said I cannot afford the device as it is too expensive. She told me that the skincare products and the Genesis ***** (red light therapy device) are high end medical grade products and that I am not used to the costs associated. This was also a lie as the Orogold Cosmetics website states that Orogold Cosmetics products are intended for general beauty and wellness purposes and that they are not of the medical nature. I have also checked Zero Gravity Skins website to see if the Genesis ***** is a medical grade red light therapy device and it is also not a medical grade product. ***** continued to pressure me to buy the device. She informed me that there were finance options which she failed to mention the financing costs associated (interest). She then offered me a special deal where I just purchase the device and I will receive products and treatments if I was willing to take before and after result pictures. She continued to state the machine is new and the best technology. I felt very pressured to make the purchase. I told her I need some time to think to make an informed decision and she refused to give me time but rather her and ****** continued to excessively pressure me into making the purchase. At her direction I reluctantly made the purchase of $7232.00. After leaving the store I then received the warranty details via email. Upon arrival to my house later that evening, I reviewed the warranty document I received and I noticed that the warranty was not a lifetime warranty but rather a limited lifetime warranty which was not what was discussed verbally to me. I also was not notified that the warranty is only a manufacturers warranty and that the manufacturer is located outside of ****** and any warranty issues are accompanied by additional fees that I will have to incur, contrary to what they verbally advertised. One product that was also a part of the deal is called Elevio gel for ******* prime. On the product label it indicates gel for ******* prime. ***** demonstrated that the device is to be used with the Elevio gel. However, the manufacturers website mentioned that the device is to be used with no products otherwise the Warranty is void. This is misleading and contradictory to what they demonstrated and informed me of in person. As a result, I cannot/will not use this product which will void all warranty and also incur a safety risk to my health and well being. I am very disappointed with the business' customer service and the experience I have had in purchasing the product with the false information advertised. As such I must refuse to use this product because of all the misleading information which has now given me many doubts about the SAFETY and accuracy of the product. After my experience with Orogold Cosmetics and after being able to conduct my own research I feel like I have been cheated as the Orogold Cosmetics sales associates lied and manipulated me into making this purchase. I now understand I was highly misled, misinformed and, at the time, bombarded with the high pressure sales tactics. I also did some research on ********************* ********** Specialist) to find her credentials and I could find nothing but rather I found many negative reviews outlining the same displeasure and experience including being lied to about a VIP skin care specialist (misleading information/high pressure sales tactics). My research shows that there have been a number of cases listed on the Better Business Bureaus website that outline negative consumer experiences of being taken advantage of in the same manner. I find this extremely unprofessional, unethical and coercive. According to my research the Orogold Cosmetics is known to use coercion and high pressure sales tactics to make individuals make purchases. I went back to the store in less than ******************************************************************************************************** due to their no refund policy they are not obligated to give me a refund. ********************* rather told me that they had a cancer patient that also purchased the same/similar tool and they were unable to use the device due to their cancer/radiation treatment and even then the business did not provide the consumer a refund. I have also found on the Orogold Cosmetics website that there is a cooling off period after a purchase is made and that a customers satisfaction is important to Orogold Cosmetics. In the cooling off period there is an option to get a refund within 7 days after purchasing, however, they have denied me of the refund when I went back to the store in less than 24 hours. I feel as a consumer I have been taken advantage of, as the sales associates continued to pressurize me by offering me limited time discounts and irrelevant up sells. I told them I needed time to think about making the purchase in order to make an informed decision. They continued to pressure me telling me that I am getting the best deal and were not taking no for an answer. They also informed me that I would not receive a better price than in that moment. They preyed on my imperfections and made me subconscious about my appearance, mislead me and tricked me into purchasing a high dollar item without allowing me to make an informed decision. The high pressure and aggressive sales tactics that the business uses are extremely unethical and very uncomfortable for the consumer. According to the Consumer Bill of Rights, I have the right to fair treatment. I have the right to be free from high pressure sales tactics, being lied to or mislead about a good or service and being taken advantage of when you cannot understand a transaction. I am a victim of high pressure sales tactics and I have been lied to and mislead about the ******* prime red light therapy device I purchased. I also have the right to be protected under the Consumer Protection Act as I was refused the right to seek help as I asked for time to think it over and I was denied that. If I had been given the opportunity to think about the purchase and research the company and its product I would have never made any purchases with Orogold Cosmetics given their poor reputation online and with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the quality of the products they offer. Orogold Cosmetics is known to pressure individuals into making purchases and take advantage of consumers.I have attempted to contact Orogold Cosmetics three times (once in person within 24 hours, via telephone and via email) and have been received with no positive outcome, denying me a refund. The business has not tried to resolve the problem with me. I have since produced written communication to the merchant and I am still waiting on a response. However, I feel like the outcome will be the same as my first two attempts.

Transaction occurred on 6/25/23. ***** (owner/skin care specialist) pressured my friend and I to purchase skin care devices totaling $7,968.75 each with the promise that in 2 weeks at our next facial appointment we would be refunded the purchase in exchange for bringing the old devices we had previously purchased and allowing her to use our before and after photos. She also promised us 2 years of free skin care products. We were uncomfortable with the purchase and went to the store on 6/30 to find it closed. We were given a confirmed facial appointment on 7/9/23, when we arrived the store was still closed. We have called, left messages and texts to all known telephone #'s. We have not received any response. ***** scammed us to purchase the products , knowingly she was in town to close the store. We want to return the purchase for a full refund.
