They currently have major renovations 10/5/2024 I checked. From interior to exterior. Very minimal parking due to all the construction going on. It didnt bother me too too much as I understand. BUT.THE WORSE HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN!!! 5 mins of your time reading this will save you many headaches.I've stayed in many hotels in the past, but nothing Hotel Chino Hills. I'm not the one to write a review. Although today i do. Due to the lack of professionalism and how unsafe i felt. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I don't even know where to start. I booked for 8 nights I left after stayed 3 or 4 nights? 1. No wifi keeps cutting in and out consistently and continsuesly. As advertised on their websites "Free Wifi". So basically no wifi. Over and over no joke!! Literally cuts off over and over every 10 seconds to maybe 5 mins max. Then you'll have to disconnect and reconnect again. 2. Room key would auto deactivate. Meaning key card to room will need to be reprogramed over and over again! 3. TV doesn't work... okay I can live without this... 4. When I tred to call front desk using hotel phone... guess what? Phone doesn't work... once again another item BROKEN. *** (front desk ************* (manager) they will not give you time to explain yourself, they will give you ZERO RESPECT. 5.THIS WAS IT. MY BOUNDARY THEY HAVE CROSSED WITH ZERO RESPECT FOR GUEST PRIVACY. Someone from the front desk staff gave my room number out to another guest! THIS GOT ME UPSET. It's a violation of guest privac. I say someone because Ruby hotel manager wouldn't even care to find out who or even let you file a complaint. THERE IS ZERO SAFETY AND WELL BEING FOR GUEST. ABSOLUTELY ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!There is much more but Im limited to few more words unfortunately... I don't understand how a place could be in business. People can't be treated in this manner. Especially we are good paying customers who want a safe and professional ********************** to sleep at night or be able to bring our kids to.
