I have been charged 39. 35 twice a month for 3 or 4 months after canceling insurance. I called to complain and they said they would refund the money. Instead of refunding the money I was just charged again. I sending you a screenshot of the termination date . And where I just got billed again todayBusiness response

BEST Life and Health has reviewed and resolved this members inquiry.
The member established automated, recurring payments to transact monthly in late 2019, for coverage beginning in 2020. Another was established by the member, without requesting the first to be cancelled. This created the duplicate payments and is why the additional payments were transacted. We have cancelled all automated payments for this member, and today refunded all premium payments beyond the coverage termination date of 11/6/2021.
The refund check will be mailed via US ************** tomorrow, 2/16/2021, to the member's address we have on file (matching the address listed in this complaint). We would anticipate **** days before the refund is delivered.
We thank this member for choosing BEST Life and Health for his dental coverage needs.
