I cant even rate this company, first off its already stretchy being that they are not accredited by the BBB. Secondly they provide false information. I thought this was a legit business just for them to constantly charge me for ****** for 5 month promising a consolidation of student loan which is COMPLETE FALSE! Everything as what they say they do you can do yourself for free! Ive been contacting them about cancellation and my refund and no one has helped me! Ive called multiple time and sent plethora of emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE!! Please issue me a refund and cancel my account. Simple

Grads Financial is a document preparation company as disclosed in both our agreement and website. Much like a travel agent or a wedding planner, we provide a service that you could in theory do yourself however is a very detailed-oriented process and any singular mistake can lead to failure and seeing no approval. During our call with the customer, we specifically laid out we are a document preparation company and stated our fees. We got her a forbearance pausing payments, so we had time to get her approved into a program.
We tried calling the customer back to discuss their refund, but she did not answer the phone. So, we will warn you publicly that since you are cancelled and refunded, we can no longer guarantee your approval in the program you are in, and this decision could potentially cost you thousands of dollars more than our fees will. Your tens of thousands of dollars in student loan debt is now a unresolved matter you must contend with alone.Review from Cristina M

I'm a little confused.I gotta call many calls from this company.I got an email and then I called them.And I said, what is this about?The guy you talked to me for a pretty long time.Telling me that they were going to deduct forty thousand and some change to do bullets take notes. And then told me about the six month payment plan Explain.To this man that nobody has ever offered me any of this before and I'm a single mom of 4 kids that just lost their father barely any income. Then I got to the point of agreeing to pay for the payout of ****** And then when I asked for a receipt he said he should be there within thirty minutes. And I said okay, after I pay this.You're telling me that all of my debt is going to disappear off of my credit he said yes absolutely. If I was to do the six months payment plan it would come off after the six payment. I don't know if this is true, but not receiving the receipt and then.Also I got some emails while I was on the phone with him from the department of education saying that there has been a change in my account. I even asked him about that and he told me.Yes your password is blah blah blah I so didn't understand what he was talking about. So I don't know what this is.I don't know if this is true but all I know is that somebody better contact me back I sent that guy an email back and I better get a response. I'm sick and that somebody might take advantage of this type of situation. But to me trying to fix my credit that fifty thousand dollars in debt would help me so much. All I want was for this to be true. But quite sketchy that I did not again receive my receipt and don't know if this is true.I asked him about 5 to ten times how do I know that this is legit he gave me every excuse in the book He said well, I do have all of your info, right.You didn't have to repeat any of it. Just agree that it was correct. Told me every individual student loan that I had out there and that it was going to be consolidated And paid in fullReview from Angela H

This company will scam you by taking advantage of your naivety just like they did we me!! I was told by the other person on the line, after responding to the couple of emails that they sent me, that I was missing some information pertaining to my student loan application. Which in turn resulted in this person changing my FSA ID and having me sign e-documents that disclosed the terms of paying a $124.88 fee for 6 months in order for my loans to be forgiven. I'm going to have to get a new debit card on top of this since they have my card info. This is not a trustworthy company at the end of the day and ignore the emails that they send you!Grads Financial LLC Response

During the process of getting this customer eligible we tried several times to call, email and send text messages to the customer to which they didn't respond. This customer was never charged.Review from Loretta W

This freaking company Scammed Me , I talked to a soul call " ********************* " that said I qualified for student loan forgiveness program all I have to do is pay 5 payments of ****** and be enrolled for 240 months program . I gave him my debit card info and all of sudden I was charged from some global shop company. Little did he know it was a prepaid card that I used to stash a little bit of Money away. and I hurried up and cancelled and disputed the charge. I called back the number and it gave 2 different company that had nothing to do with student loan. I signed documents through some weird e-sign Web site that I shouldn't of . DO NOT TRUST THEM ITS FAKE . YOU GUYS ARE REPORTED!!!!Grads Financial LLC Response

This company is a scam do nit fall for it. They will tell you that you owe money on your student loans and if you dont pay they will garnish your wages.Then they will ask you to setup a payment plan that you will pay but not a single dollar of that money goes to your student loan. i paid them 200$ but once i find out its a scam i called the person who i talked too there number wont work anymore ,so i called custmer care number they said there system is updating and they will call me back but all day no calls. i called back again after 6-7 hours same answer our system is updating, maybe try tomorrow. So save your money and dont fall for this scam like i did...Grads Financial LLC Response
