Ordered a pair of shoes through their website, unfortunately they ran small and I just couldn't wear so I followed the procedure of returning them the day after I got them, which I sent back a month ago, and they have had in their possession for 2 weeks now, and so I filed a complaint with Paypal and they haven't responded to them either, even though I sent emails twice through their website. I will never order again from them and it's unfortunate that they have zero customer service. I feel I will never get my money back which is so incredibly wrong.Review from MARI C

I placed an order via PayPal. It defaulted to an old shipping address I forgot to delete on PayPal. I no longer live at that address. As soon as I received the order confirmation, I realized my mistake & called Vans to cancel the order or to change the shipping address. The Vans rep said they could not cancel the order nor change the shipping address. Mind you, the order confirmation stated the expected shipping date was 3-5 WEEKS away. Again, the items would not ship for at least 3 WEEKS yet they could not prevent them from shipping?? Either theyre lying or the system in place is whack! They said the best they can do is flag the order so that they can try to get ***** to stop the delivery once it did ship. I opened a PayPal dispute but its not resolved. Its been ********* want my money back!!! Vans can afford to lose me as a customer so they dont gaf. Are there any companies still loyal to their customers?Review from Vanja M

Incredibly frustrating company to deal with all together and I would not recommend. Order never arrived, tracking had no updates, customer service rude and clueless to what to do, but will give false and misleading information. After more than two weeks of run arounds, different dates and waiting, still nobody knows where my package is or when it could possibly arrive. Ended up cancelling all together but still waiting for refund. Hopefully that arrives faster than their shipping does, but I will most definitely not be returning as a customer!Review from Lance T

Warning: Warning. The quality of Vans shoes are so poor before 3 months the shoes fell apart.When I contacted Vans about the problem they sent back a list of things to return to them which I did . The retailer failed to give me a receipt but in their email they stated If proof of purchase is unavailable, we will review the claim and all photos to determine warranty eligibility on a case-by-case basisVans will not honor their own email request for service of their poor quality product . Dont waste your money on shoes that will not last 3 months .I have been a Vans customer since the **** but this is not the same company anymore . Please dont waste your money on a poor product! They thing they dont realize is a happy customer will tell 2 people , a disappointing customer will tell 8 people . I fear the end of vans soon . Every step of the refund process vans has put up road blocks even those they are not following their own guidelines for refund per their own emails and registration I have screenshots of the entire process and everything they said and willing to post those too .Review from Arturo B

Purchased a pair of Vans auras last season in October 2021 and Ive only wore them about 50 days total. Next to my vans are burtons that has made it 3 season still in great condition and a pair of nidecker boots that have made it for 4 seasons now with some wear and tear but not to the extent of my vans auras. I would expect the wear and tear to give out after ******* rides but not within the few days I've been in the boot. The Nideckers have been worn about 200 days and still holding up and the burtons about ********************* better condition than the left boot of the vans. Sent this all to customer service and they did not do the right thing on either refunding me or sending me a new product, I believe I was sold a clear defective product. I made the terrible mistake of believing I was buying a quality product with trusted brand with great customer service but couldnt have been more wrong about the product and the company. So no one else makes my mistake Id like to put a review up of the vans auras to let other customers know they are paying for an over priced product and a poor quality brand that wont do the right thing for their customers. I will make sure to direct you all to ****************, DC, or Nidecker for snowboarding boots because theres no way a snowboard boot should only last for about 50 rides and have a higher price point while other brands have proven to have greater material, durability, and reliability at a lower price point.Review from Bailey C.

Hands down the worst company I have ever done business with. I ordered my shoes 11/11/2022. They sent me half of my order on 11/17. I have been waiting for the rest of my order for weeks. No one knew why it was not shipped out yet. They did send me the WRONG order last week. I spoke to customer service and they told me that I will have to send the incorrect order back prior to them even sending me my correct items first. The worst company ever! Placed an order 12/4/2022, they promised delivery in 4-7 business days. My order hasnt even been processed! When I contact them they send the same generic email. Everyone seems to be unhappy with their customer service and delivery service. Everyone is waiting for orders some people are still waiting since Black Friday! So ridiculous!Review from Agnes O.

I just want my 3 orders that are still processing . Ive spoken to two representatives, the last representative I spoke to claimed that I would definitely get my orders by Christmas *** . But by the looks of things I dont think so. I placed orders Dec 1st, Dec 2nd and Dec 3rd. Its December 17th and these three orders are still processing . Its not looking good . This is so weird. We have ordered shoes from Vans, and nothing happens. Are order is just sitting. When we check the the status of are order the website still says processing. It's been 9 days. No response from Vans at all. This is will be the second time ordering from Vans. The first time we orderd from Vans we receive half are order and Vans canceled the other half. I'm guessing this current order will sit for weeks on end till they finialy just cancel the order, right when all the sals are over from the holidays. I'll tell you, we're not ordering another thing from this company. It's been a terrible experience.Review from Shannon B
