On september 2nd I went to Daniels Jewlers in the ************ to purchase a necklace. I had told the lady that was helping me, her name was ***** that I had only wanted to leave a $300 dollar down payment. she said okay, she ran my credit. She then later told me that I had to leave at least $400. I told her I couldn't do that and that I was fine with leaving without the jewelry. She insisted that I still get the necklace. She told me to download the app Klarna. she had told me that they had just partnered up with ****** and that I can use that to leave the down payment. I had never heard of or used Klarna before. I handed her the phone and she set it up for me. I had told her that I needed the money that I had and that if she was sure that the app wasn't going to take the whole 400 dollars out of my account multiple times. she said No, that it would split the 400 into payments and it would only take the initial payment that was due that day. so I went ahead and continued with the app. she said it all worked. I went to check my bank account immediately after and the app had taken $400 out of my bank account. I told the worker that was helping me that it had taken it out and she didn't know what to do. she called her manager and she as well couldn't help me. they were trying to refund the money from the klarna app to my bank account and they didn't know how. I left the store with no jewlery and $400 stuck on the app klarna. They told me to come back the following day and that they were going to be able to give me my money back. I came back the following day and they still weren't able to figure out how to get my money back. All they said was that they were sorry and that they were still new to the Klarna app as well and that this had never happened before. they told me that the 400 is still on klarna and I can still use that balance to purchase items online. that's not what I wanted or needed to do with that money. so I left with no Jewlery and $400 stuck on an app

I received a copy of my consumer report and noticed some late payments on an account that I am requesting to be updated to paid on time, never late. The account is as ****************************** JWLS - 41322418089****Your organization has contravened my consumer rights as outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), specifically 15 USC 1681. This violation has caused me emotional distress and has recently induced suicidal ideation; therefore, I request that this issue be resolved in a fair and equitable manner, in accordance with the principles and provisions of the FCRA.15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments (a)Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.Your agency is the creditor and the open end consumer credit plan is the credit card account of the consumer, which is me. Late payments cannot be reported if the consumer was not notified 21 days prior to the due date. It should state "mailed or delivered" to the customer. In addition to being in violation of federal law, the reported late payments have harmed me by defaming my reputation and constitute aggravated identity theft on the part of your agency. This is because I did not provide written consent for you to report this information, which is a clear violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act's permissible purposes section (15 USC 1681b(2)).I am demanding you to notify the consumer reporting agencies to correct the above late payments from my consumer report to a status of paid on time, never late.
