              I have been notifying and sending maintenance requests about my ** not working properly for months now. Every request has been closed and the ** has never been fixed. I have voiced my concerns to the property manager so many times and shes very dismissive. My electricity bill has almost tripled because the ** is not working and is pulling a lot of electricity. I have told this several times to the manager and she just says that theyll get to my order. My apartment is 81 degrees inside. I feel like I cant even breathe. I have put in two emergency orders and no one has come in. These are not living conditions. When I signed this apartment contract, I signed it with the agreement that I would have ** and a livable condition. I keep calling the front office and no one is listening to me. My electricity bill is going to be extremely high again this coming month, and I cant pay for both the rent and high electricity bill. I need the apartment complex to take responsibility for their lack of maintenance and take accountability for their actions. If theyre not going to do anything, then I need to get out of my lease without any penalties because this living conditions is not acceptable.

              This apartment complex is the worst places Ive ever lived. The management make up the policy as per resident. I reserved a car port a month after I moved in which is $35 per month. I decided I No longer needed it 3 months later I spoke with management to take me off the carport reserve and was told I must continue paying it the remainder of my lease by management policy. This is not on my lease agreement. I am looking to file a civil suit. Also every resident pays pet control fees monthly bt must make an appointment to have them com exterminate. Ive lived here 8 months and have only had pest co trim come out twice. Management stated I must make an appointment. The walk ways are filthy. I feel their is mold growing in the walls. They paint over all the holes and cracks and mold. I feel the management is not honest people. I will look into this further with the civil courts

It sounds as though there were several miscommunications here and for that, we apologize. We set a high standard for our teams and they work hard to resolve resident concerns thoroughly and transparently. We have forwarded your feedback internally and are looking into this.

              Please note that pest control fees are standard in most apartment communities, as the grounds and building exteriors are serviced weekly. Since it would not be feasible for the vendor to service each unit interior every week, unit interiors are serviced on an appointment basis. We apologize for any confusion on this policy.
