      When purchasing, the detail of the item listed was different than the item sent. Upon arrival we contacted the business about the error. We were hung up on 6+ times then informed that since the item was less than 60.00 they could not except a return. Even though the error was on their part. The website detail was different than their warehouse so we are unable to rectify this issue and are told we can not receive the correct item or refund. Picture of item sent. We ordered a 15.6 case.

The company refunded me the amount of the item 39.99 and not the sales tax. Keeping the sales tax, from what I understand, is illegal. It may sound petty but every penny counts at this point in time.       On 11/11/2021 a computer from Tiger Direct and paid $237.01 and the RMA# ************ and when receiving it I determined it was defective. My uncle has done business with them quite a bit and he highly recommended them and also recommeded this specific purchased from an email he's spent his life bulding and working on computers. When contacting Tiger Direct we were expected to jump through some hoops to get this return taken care. While speaking to their customer service they kept telling my uncle to take the unit apart to fix it and he kept telling them that he would not do that as it would void the warranty. Like I said they KEPT on telling him to take it apart. With the hoops that Tiger Direct kept making us go through to get a replacement I got to the point that they were toying with me. They told me that they were going to mail the return shipping label that it would take 7-10 business days to receive as we got past that and still didn't receive it I contacted Tiger Direct and coming to find out that they actually emailed it. I'm extremely irritated at this point. Let me start off that this would be my very first purchase to my own computer. The other ones that I have had they were given to me. I work from home and my mom (**********) is letting me use her laptop for work. My uncle thought that this would purchase would be good for me a first time purchase. At the time I didn't have a credit card to purchase so I gave my mom the money and she purchased it for me. On 12/16/2021 I took it to FedEx to ship back to them and since that time FedEx on repeated attempts to return for exchange has failed and now they are returning the defective unit back to me as I was notified of this today.

I accept because******** called and quickly resolved my issue and was friendly with great customer service skills. I wish it didn't have to come to this. When receiving the refurbished computer it was not package correctly like it was just thrown into the box. I even went on Tiger Direct and ordered a Acer monitor because it seemed like a good deal but when receiving it there was no plastic wrap on the screen to prevent scratches.

      Order #: RXXXXXXX Date of Purchase: 10/30/2021 Amount: $******** Committed Items: 1. CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop 2. Philips V Line LCD Monitor - 27" Item 1 came w/o the Operating system being activated. I received an email stating that I had to call the manufacturer myself to get the code. I spent more than 3 hours of my day on hold with CyberPowerPC and never got through to a person. Item 2 has a cracked internal display board. The main glass was not cracked but when you power it on you can see its damaged. I received 2 email responses from TigerDirect stating that because I didn't notify them within 30 days of purchase they wont do anything about it. As i explained to them this was a Christmas gift for my child, I ordered it on 10/30 but it didn't arrive until mid to late November so most of the 30 days was spent waiting for this to arrive. Over all its terrible customer service. There has been no direct attempt from any TigerDirect employee to resolve these issues. They just keep passing me around. As for Desired Resolution's I would like to address them individually. Item 1. I just want the activation key for the Microsoft Windows 10 that came installed on the product Item 2. I want this monitor refunded completely and I will should locally for a different one. Once these are achieved I want no farther contact from this company to include emails, phone calls, promotions etc. I will never use them again.

The Computer and the monitor were delivered to you on Nov 3 and 4 respectively via FedEx with tracking#s *************** and ************. As per our notes, you reached out to us on Dec 27. We have reached out to CyberPower PC and provided them your contact information and the unit's serial number. They shipped out product that is internally damaged and has 0 signs of physical defect on the outside. As it was a Christmas gift it was not hooked up until Christmas. It is obvious this organization cares more about screwing over their customers than taking care of their orders. I finally worked with their vendor who after 8 + hours of being on the phone with them finally provided the registration key for the pc. I did not buy from their supplier and should not have to waste my time dealing with them. This company is nothing like they use to be. They take your money and send out 1/2 finished or broken products then hide behind a policy that is unfair to consumers. I will never use this company again.

      Months ago, I bought a computer from this company; when it came, it was defective. I returned the computer and was promised a refund. THAT WAS THREE MONTHS AGO. Several people at the company have promised me that a check was mailed out on this or that date but the months have gone by and NO REFUND. I consider it theft for a company to take my money, send a defective product, then not refund my money when I return the product. This company has a money-back guarantee and this is a violation of that guarantee.
