On November 12th Cali Bamboo delivered **** pounds of incorrect flooring. I notified their Support Team immediately, but did not respond until the following Monday afternoon. Due to the delivery of the ****************************************** the garage, I had to manually move all 60 boxes just to be able to shut the garage door while waiting for a response. I also wanted to preserve the flooring for the exchange, but in hindsight, I should have just kept all the boxes outside in the rain, since resolving this quickly was not important to the Support team. When Support did finally respond, there was no apology or effort, and emailed responses continued to be slow, and they refused to call to speak over the phone, even after multiple requests. After finally scheduling a pick-up for the incorrect flooring, Cali Bamboo contracted a company that was unable to load the flooring onto them truck themselves. They gouged the driveway and broke pallets. It took almost 2 hours and with my help to get the flooring loaded. Further issues with delivery continued, when after 3 weeks the correct flooring was actually delivered, but ***** forgot to load the third pallet on to the truck, and they would not be able to return with the 25 additional boxes for another 5 business days. Overall this process has cost us months of delays, and the fee of the installers that were pre-scheduled based on Cali Bamboos initial commitment. Cali support offered a $300 refund for a $10,200 purchase, when at minimum a 20% refund should be issued for this never ending hassle.Business response

Thank you for providing the additional information. Cali Bamboo would not be able to accommodate a 20% refund, the refund provided was accepted at the time of resolving the case, otherwise if it was unsatisfactory a return at that time could have been issued instead.
