DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! When we called this business we specifically told them we have KITEC plumbing and are looking for someone to fix/repipe our home and whoever made the appointment said they know how to work with KITEC plumbing. Well after the guy was almost an hour late without calling us that he is running late.....was very happy to share their charge price then once we reiterated about our issue instantly told us that this company does NOT work with KITEC and whoever told us over the phone was wrong!!!!! Wasted 4 hours of our time taken off work!

I’m sorry to hear you experienced such disappointment. After reviewing our call logs in reference to your claim, it seems that there was some vital miscommunication. To ensure we can provide the best service our staff are all made aware of the sort of piping we are able to work with. Kitec piping is defective and an exclusion from our insurance carrier. Domco Plumbing would have suggested a re-pipe in copper had we been informed your home had the problematic kitec piping. In your search for a plumber I can imagine you reached out to multiple companies and possibly would be confusing ours with another. Talking with the lone dispatcher in our office we have also ensured you were contacted about the delay in arrival stating we would be 45 minutes late. We note a call received shortly asking for an estimate time of arrival which was assured with a 15 minutes arrival time. Both phone calls ended in an agreed understanding. Additionally, after arriving to your home and being made aware you have kitec plumbing, our technician did attempt to provide you with a free estimate to re-pipe in copper as to provide you with our best service possible. This service was denied. We truly want to make contact with our company an enjoyable experience whether you choose to use our services or not. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
