I ordered a holster on 3/6/24 and was told that it would be ready in 3 months. It has now been 6 months and nothing has been delivered. When I contact them they tell me that since they are handmade they take longer but no one will tell me at what stage my order is in. I requested a refund over a month ago because it hadnt shipped but I have received neither the holster or the refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered 12 loops leather ammunition belt slide ammunition caliber 45lc/410 leather color black plain leather finish belt slide width 2inch ordered on july 7,2023 paid ***** order #***** saw it on line they never have sent it to me ,I called them and left a message, they finally called me back after a week and they wanted to send me something else in stead of what i ordered. I told them if it was going to be much longer on what i wanted than give me a refund. They have done neither.they shouldn't advertise products they don't have to sell.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product on 21 May 2022 in the amount of ****** (order number *****) and have not received the product of this date (22 Oct 2023). I have sent numerous on-line website requests and made calls to their ************ for a status update without any replies. I had just did the same today. I order a pistol belt from them that they never sent. After almost a year of excuses I asked for a refund and they agreed. I waited a week and never got the refund and now they aren't answering emails or messages. I ordered a shoulder holster from Old Trading Post in February. It is June 28th and I still havent received the order. When I spoke with them in April they said it would arrive mid March but to date it hasnt and theres been no correspondence concerning the order. I have tried to speak with someone at the company many times but the only time I was able to they gave me the information about mid March,since then nothing. I would like to either get the holster I ordered or have my money returned. The order number is ********************************* Email form.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online for a holster and a belt in December 11, 2022 and allowed time due to delays and potential back orders, however it is now fixing to be June 1, 2023. I have made a few calls to their customer service line which is never answered, always sent to voicemail and the calls are not returned. I spent $298.28 the order still says processing. The website does state some orders can take up to 12 weeks, we are well past 12 weeks. I would like either my money back or my order, preferrably my merchandise.Initial Complaint

See attached order confirmation. Ordered item not received and no response from business to Email or phone calls. Other complaints to BBB re this business. Would like BBB to effect a refund of monies paid to Old Trading Post.Thank you.***************
