    -I wish I had known about their BBB rating in advance of my order via Instagram.-I ordered a green backpack for a birthday present for my daughter on *************.-I reached out to them on July 29th for an order update, and delivery date. They replied that due to high demand, the color I ordered was out of stock & backordered. They offered a replacement OR upgrade of a different color. I declined any order change since it was a gift, and said I would wait for my original order.-On Aug. 2nd they said "We are actively working to replenish our stock, and we will notify you promptly once the item is available again. Furthermore, we will ensure to keep you informed about the status of your order and provide updates on its shipment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us."-On Aug. 21st, I received a backpack, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR, so I emailed again letting them know that. -On Aug. 23rd they asked for patience while they sorted out the problem. They also asked for feedback LOL.-On Aug. 28 they suggested that I keep the wrong backpack and receive a complimentary accessory. I said NO, it was a gift and I wanted the original color.- On Sept. 2nd they wrote "We have been backed up lately due to high demand, and our current restocking process for the green and khaki colorways is causing the delay. We will update you once more stocks arrives in our warehouse." THAT WAS THE LAST CONTACT I HAD FROM THEM.-I have emailed them five more times on Sept. 18th, Sept. 25th, Oct. 6th, Oct. 9th, & Oct. 13th for updates with NO REPLIES.(****** refused to get involved because they said it was beyond the 30-day window to resolve the problem. But I had been trying to resolve it the way ****** told me to, so that is also extremely disappointing.)All Sunny 16 needs to do is exchange this one backpack. This is basic customer service for a problem that was their own fault!
