I have contacted Medicube to stop my subscription for several products with them. They will not allow me to cancel unless I place a second order. This is a social media scam and I have the right to cancel my subscription without having to buy a second purchase that I'm being charged for. I have contacted before and ***** company keeps telling me that I have to buy a second set of subscription in order for them to cancel.

Date of purchase 04/06/2024 ******: $226.08 I purchased products from the company. Some were set up on a subscription that per their website, Cancellation policy, Subscription policy I could cancel at anytime. No where prior to checkout or in the Subscription Policy, Cancellation Policy or email confirmations does it state subsequent deliveries are required before cancellation.Just the opposite all state: MAY CANCEL AT ANY TIME I decided to cancel and went to the website per instruction in subscription confirmation email, clicked on manage subscription then cancel subscription and received a pop up message:Are you sure you want to cancel this subscription? We are sorry to see you go! To cancel your subscription, please email us at ************************************************ so we can process your cancellation to guarantee you'll no longer be charged for this subscription.I proceeded to email per instruction above and requested cancellation and received a response that they are unable to cancel from their end but I could cancel after second delivery email notification.I have gone back and forth emailing this company providing screenshots of the cancelation/subscription policy/email confirmation all stating can cancel at any time, to no avail. They will not cancel the subscription.I did not agree to future required deliveries required prior to cancellation. The messaging on the website, email confirmation, cancellation policy, subscription policy all state: YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANYTIME, no fine print or anything regarding required subsequent deliveries prior to cancellation.I can provide emails between myself and the company.

I placed an order for a device along with some collagen there supposedly was some fine print. I missed according to them and they automatically signed me up for a subscription. I reached out to them to cancel it after I received an email that I signed up for a subscription they denied cancellation and said I have to at least get one shipment after I got shipment. I reached out again. They also sent me an email prior to shipment that I could cancel. I canceled it but the shipment still went out. I contact them multiple times and told him to cancel some subscription. They told me I had to cancel it online. I tried multiple time to cancel it and I couldnt Continuously email and refused to cancel my subscription. They kept telling me to cancel it online. I kept telling them that I couldnt cancel it online. Theyre fraudulently charging my credit card. This is a scam company do not purchase anything from them. Its again one of those Asian companies that has zero customer service . You cannot reach them through a phone number only through emails.

I purchased a face care device back in June of 2023. One of the devices heads came off and contacted them in February 2024 to receive a replacement, as they offer that option if it malfunctions within the year long warranty. They received the device at the end of May and have reached out a handful of times with no luck finding a resolution to this matter starting at the end of May.Im pretty frustrated and its a bit ridiculous that Ive had to wait over 6 weeks now to get a replacement.

I ordered the Age-R ******* Pro on April 21, 2024, and received it a week later. On May 10, 2024, I requested a warranty return as I noticed that the device started to malfunction. The Derma Shot function, which had a specific painless sensation, changed after a week of use and began to give painful electric shocks that felt like needles. **************** requested a video, which they acknowledged, had showed me twitch from pain. Then they refused to admit that the device is faulty. A video by itself is not even sufficient evidence to discard my malfunction claim that needs to be felt by touch. Their customer service then outright refused any return, for warranty claim or otherwise, and not even for it to be returned to be inspected.I am appalled by their lack of customer service, lack of desire to ensure satisfaction, and above all, their fraudulent warranty policies, which they do not honor because it is at their strict discretion whether they would even agree to inspect their product for defects, much less provide a replacement or refund. The only solution for me is for them to take the product back for a full refund because I do not trust this company to provide future support for their products.

I contacted medicube to request a refund for the *** device. However they refused to refund me on the grounds that I am not currently in the **. By the time I get back to the **, my warranty would have expired. I have explained to them politely many times, and even sent them a video of the device not working. They still blatantly refused to refund me. I even suggested they send me a paid return label so I can return the device to them, however they dont want to do that either. They want me to spend more money to send them a faulty device in order to get my money back. I still have my warranty and they are refusing to cooperate.

Feb 16 2024 I received an email coupon for 40% off skincare purchase When I went to try and use that coupon, it wouldn't work I emailed the company asking about it and was told it was a "mysterious" coupon that was used to gather interest When I pushed a little further to figure out what that meant, the customer support said the following:"We hope this email finds you well. We'd like to inform you that this specific coupon is designed as a mysterious coupon. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we regret that we are unable to provide a replacement code. The purpose of this coupon was to generate a feeling of anticipation and exploration for our customers. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this approach, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding."Then replied further with this additional:"Upon thorough investigation, we regret to inform you that we couldn't find any record of the mysterious promo code you mentioned. It appears that there might be a misunderstanding or a potential error."So the coupon was not able to used for a purchase I made that I wanted to add that coupon's value. Even if not able to retroactively use it, I should still be entitled to use the coupon for what it was advertised in the original email for a future purchase.

On 11/27/23 I made an online purchase at Medicube.com for $285.63.Days and weeks passed, where I did not hear order updates from them, and received no replies to my several requests for updates. I expressed my frustration, and stated how concerned I was at their lack of professionalism. Still with no reply after 3 weeks of placing my order I then requested to cancel the order. I told them to keep the items and just refund me. I was no longer interested in those products or in doing business with such a company. Only then did they finally act on the order, and when I said that after all the time I spent asking for an update Id told them to cancel it, that I did not want it anymore, they decided to turn it into a return policy issue, when that clearly was not the case at all. I was only acknowledged and my order shipped when Id had enough of their unprofessionalism and asked to cancel it. I used Affirm. The first payment was due and paid before I even received the order. Since this has happened, and Medicube has refused to acknowledge and right their wrongs, I reached out to Affirm, to dispute the charge, who stated that theyre involved in the financial aspect, and that Medicube is acting within their return policy- ignoring completely the issues that led up to it. So I am very much looking to dispute this charge, as I want nothing to do with these products or company as made clear to Medicube prior to receiving the order. I dont appreciate being treated with such disregard by a company and certainly do not want to support it in any way. Thank you.

I bought a Type R device that stopped working. It took 2 weeks to even get an email response. Their live chat is conveniently down. I emailed 10+ times. Finally after 2 weeks, I got a response that they would send me a shipping label to return my product which has a 1 year warranty. Its been another week and a half and still no shipping label. I have contacted their online forum and multiple emails and still no response. This is a device that I use every day. Its been nearly a month without it.
