      Refund was never received. I received items that leaked. Contacted them on 11/25/2023 and sent pictures of the leakage. They agreed to provide a refund on 11/29/23, and then silence. No refund was received and they continue to ignore multiple followup emails sent on 12/6/23, 12/13/23, and 12/19/23.

      Regretfully, we have received complaints from customer *************************, who purchased our product
      and wanted to get refund due to the damage.

      As you can refer to the timeline above, the content of the complaint that MEDICUBE advisors are
      ignoring customer&#**;s request is not true.
      We have answered every question and request from the customer and issued the refund of the
      damaged products as customer requested.
      Also, we have already done the sincere apologize for the inconvenience, and informed to customer
      that we would like to assist customer with issuing the refund.
      We can proudly say that we never ignore any requests from our valuable customers.

      I placed an order with Medicube during the black friday sale. I was promised that it will be shipped within 2 weeks. It has been more than a month and still nothing. The company wont respond to my refund request on Instagram, Email and TikTok. I am fed up and want my money back. They are a bunch of scammers. Please help.

      I bought their product on Nov 3rd. And it was supposed to be shipped within 5ish days but I haven't heard anything. So I contacted them and on Nov 10th I received a screenshot that my package had been shipped via DHL. So I monitored DHL tracking and on Nov 15th, I realized that the package wasn't moving at all. So I contacted DHL, and they said that they never received any package from Medicube. They said "After looking into your waybill, I can see that this shipment has not shipped yet. The shipper created the shipping label but has not physically handed over the shipment to DHL. I advise to contact your shipper and have them arrange a pick-up." So I contacted Medicube immediately and shared this situation. They kept repeating that the package was shipped. I had to screenshot my convo with DHL to get them to take me seriously. They said that they would escalate this matter and let me know within 2-3 business days about the investigation. I didn't hear back. I contacted again today to only realize that nothing was reported or ever "escalated" and I had to file the same thing all over again. No wonder they never answered my emails asking for updates. Even now, on Nov 21st, my "shipment" has never moved, obviously making DHL's claims more credible than Medicube's. Medicube created a false label. I hope that was not intentional. They said that they would look into this, but knowing that they didn't last time, it is very hard for me to trust them. And they said I can't get a refund because the product is already shipped. And they said I can't return and get a refund UNLESS I reject the package on my "doorstep." I asked them several times to NOT ship the package if it wasn't ever shipped so I could get a refund. And they never gave me a clear yes. They just tried to close the conversation. I am now afraid that they will just ship it anyway and make the refund procedure very difficult. I want a refund ASAP as I don't want to spend any more time with this company.

      Recently, around end of September and October I developed deep painful acnes all over my face. I emailed costumer service of medicube couple of times, until ***** answered my email. I sent all pictures of before scarring, and after. As requested. Sent order numbers. I was promised for a refund, even from just recent purchased but it's taking time. I received continous questions which line if their products wherein, I sent her the link of my orders. Emailed her the regimen. All the products thats for am and pm. When I stopped using them acnes stopped! With a heavy heart, I had to stop using medicube. I can't continue using them because acnes were just popping all over my face, deep and painful. The next day after not using zero line pm, deep line am, glass glow line. Acnes stopped! Waking up with 20 or more deep scars on you face, I feel depressed. I almost didn't attend on my mom's birthday because acnes were painful and swollen. I hid them with make up. But the truth is it's depressing. Medicube has no idea how a costumer feels. It's been couple of weeks that I have been waiting for my refund because I need to find a dermatologist. I can't be in this state of mind. I don't want any trouble, just want my refunds from all my purchases this time. So I can start to find treatment of my scars..

      I placed an order on 4/30/23 for an Age-R ***** EMS Shot. A device that used EMS to contour and help depuff the face. I used the device once per instructions on the lowest setting and the experience was extremely painful that my eyes watered. There is no way to call this company, I was only given an email address to request a refund. I have not heard back from the company and instead was sent an email on how to use the Age-R ***** EMS Shot. I cannot use the device again based on the pain I experienced and would like a refund.
