We lived at ****************** in ***, **. These ppl are trying to tell us that we owe them almost $10000. We do not agree with that, yes we were evicted and owe for that, but that other stuff I refuse to pay. They are charging us for a new carpet when that carpet couldve been cleaned, the carpet was damaged beyond repair, that is a lie too. They lied about the master bathroom tub and are trying to charge us for 2 new tubs. The other tub might have been scratched from my son trying to clean it, but that master bathroom tub was just fine. We also asked these ppl about the move in checklist we provided when we first moved in that lists everything that was wrong with that place and somehow they conveniently cant find it, yeah ok. What can you all do to help us please?

When arriving for move-in I was given the keys to a disgusting apartment. Stickers and nails all over the walls, doors, and cabinets. Missing cabinet knobs, broken fans, a dishwasher filled with mildew and mold, urine stains all over the carpet and a chunk missing from the carpet. Since moving in I have filed multiple maintenance requests with only 1 request being completed - and it was done wrong. They replaced my ceiling fan and wired it wrong so it wont work. That is a FIRE HAZARD! Not only that but the dishwasher is a HEALTH HAZARD! All of these things should have been fixed PRIOR to move in. No one has contacted me telling me when these things will be fixed. I paid over $2,000 to move in to a distrusting, unkept, unsanitary apartment. We could get mold poisoning or die from a fire if the wires ignite a spark from not being properly placed.

I moved in The Re New at **************** managed by Trinity Management Company on Saturday July 20th. It's a 2-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and move in ready as stated by the company. I paid my deposit and prorated rent $1,238 via money order. First day moving things in I noticed water seeping from underneath the floor tiles in the kitchen and dining room area. I contacted maintenance and informed them of what was going on. Maintenance comes and discovers my AC unit was frozen and have been leaking. They let that thaw out, cleaned up the water and sent an outside company called "Aardvark" to put two fans in my home and told me to let them run repeatedly, day and night until they came back to check. 5 days went by before someone came and the water was still seeping through the floor. So they left it for a couple more days same result. "Aardvark" came to pick up the fans also confused as to why the fans didn't work. I visit the leasing office in person to figure out what's the next step, they claim the sent a plumber to my home but I wasn't notified or aware. They send "Aardvark" back out with the fan again. We are now into the month of August, August 7th to be exact. I come home from work on August 15th fan has been removed, but the problem has not been resolved. I have spoken with the leasing office numerous times about this issue and nothing has been resolved going into a month time framed since I been in my new place. The water is still there and In fact seems as though it has gotten worse. The longer the water sits I'm sure it's going to create mold and possibly get me sick. I have to walk around in my home with shoes on fear of my feet or sock being drenched in water. This is totally unacceptable! I should have never experienced this, but to still be going through this a month later after move in is absurd. This company need to take accountability and responsibility of their actions and fixed this issue.

I am living in unit 1421 D at the Social2700 and the conditions of the unit are barely livable, I understand that I am bound by my lease to continue leaving there until the contract is over, but some things I was hoping we could get fixed. One issue is the infestation of bugs and cockroaches. Like, everywhere.Another issue is the mold, I have found mold all around my bathroom, room, and so have my roommates. But the thing that really prompted this complaint was behind the fridge. There is an outstanding amount of black mold that is living behind the fridge. This is not okay with me or my roommates because there is a possibility we can get sick from it.The paint on the doors is peeling off.You can tell the sidewalk has NEVER been power washed. They gave us mini fridges and microwaves, and theyre all rusted and barely usable, but the company wont get them replaced. The faucet in my bathroom is broken. The place was dirty before I moved in. EtcI just want you guys to help me make contact with whoever I need to be in contact with to get my unit fixed. I pay $560 a month for this place.

On Aug 5, 2024 my daughter and I arrived at The Social Block townhouses for her move in **********, **. She was moved into a dirty apartment. When reported, she was told by staff to be patient and within a week or so, someone would come clean it. After speaking with the manager, ******, he sent cleaning service over, along with carpet cleaners and maintenance to repair the cabinet door that fell when she opened it and the broken blinds. He promised to move her into a different apartment within a week and gave me his card to contact him. From that day on, he dodged our calls and numerous emails. Today is day ************************ an apartment with no hot water and no air. After all of the on site management continued to disregard her work orders, she then had a leak throughout the apartment. Water coming up from the wooden floor in the kitchen and bathroom. She had already reported several other issues like mold, no hot water, roaches, discarded rat trap and the bottom of the kitchen sink is has a huge hole with mold inside. Staff told us that no hot water was not a major issue and if after another 7 days, if its not fixed to let them know. From there I found the area manager, ****, who was a breath of fresh air when we first contacted her. It seemed as if the issue was going to be fixed. She asked what they could do to fix the issue. We told her that the apartment wasnt fit for no decent human being to lived. It needs a lot of work. She agreed. Was responsive for 2 days. Employees were going into her apartment with no notice, left doors unlocked. Leaving my 22 ye old daughter having to get off work and being afraid, not knowing who had been in or if anyone was in their waiting in a room. No updates, no notifications, no response on whats being done. Shes now in an apartment over 80 degrees, we told ****, no response to the emails. So shes now forced to go into week 2 of no hot water and no air. Fans left all over to dry water damage are overheating also.

Details of the Complaint:I moved out from The Social North ************************ in *********, ********, managed by Trinity Property Consultants, on July 31, 2024. The next day, August 1, 2024, I received a move-out charge totaling $250. This charge included a $200 move-out fee and a $50 trash fee. While I accept the $50 trash fee, I strongly dispute the $200 move-out fee. We were not informed of any such fee upon signing the lease, nor do we understand its basis. Throughout our tenancy, we experienced numerous severe issues, including:Lack of hot water Malfunctioning air conditioning Poorly maintained elevators Despite these ongoing issues, we fulfilled our lease terms and left the apartment in good condition. Charging an unexplained and unjustified $200 move-out fee is unreasonable and unacceptable given the circumstances of our tenancy.Resolution Sought:I request that Trinity Property Consultants revise their billing to remove this unreasonable charge.
