              Are member services? My appointment was 5/8. I am a new pt of ********* who did not refill my prescription. I have called every day since 5/17 when my Rx was due. One message to the prescription message only and one to the ******* front desk. I am going through withdrawal and I can't go to the ** because they will think I am drug seeking. Please help me

              Horrible service.....Drove two hours (over 40 miles), had to wait three months for an appointment to get there to find out the doctor was not there (doctor never showed up). I told the front staff that I wanted to speak to a manager and they said "he is not coming for an hour" with complete attitude. The front staff is rude especially the girl with the fake blond hair ( I point this out only because she is the one that primarily gave a bad negative attitude). The manager told me he and the front staff were calling patients last night and during the day but then the front staff told me that "it is the call centers responsibility to call the patients if the doctor isn't going to come." I wish I could give them a zero if you have to go make sure you call before hand because the doctor may not or will not be there.
