I have not personally had service with Custom Grading *** but i did experience an incident on the way to work two weeks ago with one of their trucks. A rock had flown off the truck and hit my windshield and cracked it. (yes i was over 200 feet away from their truck).I called the company right away and gave them the truck information etc and i was told by the Receptionist the Owner would call back. A week later still no return call and i understood we all get busy so i make a second call and the Receptionist says for second time she will take a message for the Owner to return my call but then says they "talked about me/the situation" already and tried to say it was not their truck it must of come off the road which is completely untrue but that besides the fact. They had enough time to "talk about it" but not the human decency to return my call. Another week has went by and still no return call. So I made another call and this time received their voice mail and I left a message to please return my call. Still no call back which they are making it very obvious they are avoiding speaking with me and this company lacks any kind of kindness/customer service. This is not someone I would ever do business with. Im sure they will happily call you right back to make a sale and they benefit financially. I would not recommend using their services.
