9/10/2024 approximately, I purchased ****** logo package from the sturdy logo company. They continue to try and get more money from me while not giving me what I paid for. Then when I said I was going to report them to the BBB and they were not going to get more money from me. They told me I didn't want to threaten them and sent me a message with my address.

11-21-22 through 07-29-24. I applied for a TradeMark with Sturdy Logo in November 2022 that was supposed to cost ******. I paid *******. They held my application up and kept asking for more and more money to push it though. I alerted SL to application errors in Feb 23 and they denied it. Recent e-mails from ***** state the application is flagged for violation of the rules and fraudulent application and still has not gone through. SL says that is untrue. They tried to get over ******* more from stating it was to assign an attorney and then to follow up on the *** I would not pay. SL will not send me their ***** correspondence that was done on my behalf stating they did bulk applications and other people's info was mixed in. ***** will not let them resubmit for me and SL says that is the only option I have. They will not refund event though they said they would. They keep claiming the application has gone through but was you can see by the ***** e-mails it has not. The violation is that they did not us a US attorney to submit the application and it has many errors. ** also used my attorney ************************* name to updates without his permission or knowledge. ** has stated they will only resubmit the papers at their cost but the ***** will not let them as they are investigating them. SL will not provide an address either. I do not believe they are located in the ** even though they say are. They quote one price and the charge more and more holding your application until you pay it. I do not believe they have US qualified lawyers to submit the application, nor will they provide you an address to send certified letters. they said they would send in a TM application with guaranteed results. Its been over 2 1/2 years and not only do I not have a TM and it has been flagged as violating the rules. They did not do what they said they would and def do not honor money back . I have all correspondence from them including their offer to refund and ***** emails.

I paid for a service and when it was time to receive the finished product I was told I had to pay ax extra $400.00. I asked where this was posted on their site and they claim its a government charge and they cannot be affiliated with the government or be transparent about their business.

Sturdy Logo sold me a logo package 6/8/24 for $149. On 6/10/24, Senior consultant ********* informed me I would need to pursue a trademark "ASAP" in order to do business under the desired name as 2 other people were already pursuing it (one photo provided) according to their legal department. I purchased a "lifetime" trademark package that day for $1020 with a 10 day turn around time. On 6/12/24 they sold me a complete website package for $1549 to include social media banners, business cards, Stationary, LLC formation etc... I was very clear through the process I did not want a logo and website created for a business name I would not be able to use if we did not get the trademark and followed up multiple times checking on the status to include 6/12/24 (told 10 days), 6/18/24 (request for frequent updates), 7/3/24 (having received no updates requested filing status and was told it had been filed), 7/8/24 spoke with the trademark commission to learn it had never been filed. 7/8/24 at the time of my request for a refund in full I had not received a finalized logo, the trademark had not been filed, and no work had been done on the website. I requested that future communication be done in text to 3 separate individuals and this was disregarded on 3 separate occasions the final occasion being 3 calls 1 minute apart ending with a voicemail with no one speaking executed by ************************************* compliance manager. Today I learned that the trademark was filed after my request for a refund with no attorney of record (I never signed a document meaning in some way they represented themselves as me during the filing process) and with an email address bearing my full name which I do not have ownership of nor was it the email I provided for use. In speaking with the trademark commission it was brought to my attention this would enable them to receive and control the certificate of trademark and not me. I am disputing with credit card and working with trademark commission.

6/26/24 I processed a payment to receive a logo for a Tshirt. The charge was $19. After submitting my company's business details and what services we provided along with my idea of what I wanted our logo to be I received a phone call from an individual claiming to be the "Creative Head of the Design team" that would be working on my logo and that the designs would be available within 24 hours. After speaking with this individual on the phone, he stated that what I wanted would actually cost more, but that he would discount that new charge to only $150. He then stated the design would not be ready until another 48 hours. It is 50 hours later and after having attempted to call that individual back I was transferred to someone who sent the concept design over. I was not happy with the design but wanted to clarify after further editing to the concepts i would have ownership to the design. This person said that I would then need to buy the rights to the logo, although, in the text originally sent describing the $150 charge it specifically states 100% ownership rights to the logo are included in the purchase. I then stated I wished to receive a full refund to which this individual started to argue and "wasn't sure that he could issue a refund." I stated I was not happy with the design sent over and I wished to receive a refund based on the 100% refund statement all over their website and in the text I received describing the $150 charge. I told him I was disputing the charge to my bank if I did not receive a refund effective immediately. I received a text message from a different number shortly after that phone call ended stating a refund will be issued with no timeline. I should have done my research, but hopefully this review will prevent someone else from being scammed.

THIS COMPANY COMMITS FRAUD AND EXTORTION. They offer to file a trademark for you and then hold it hostage while they claim more fees and charges and tell you it is being contested, etc. They offer to design a website for you and then demand more money because they hold the website hostage and claim it takes more money to get the website running again. They offer to design logos, but then don't finish the job. They are horrible to work with, will not give you an actual working phone number, pass you around to multiple people, and always blame some other situation to get more money from you! BEWARE OF THEM. See my written 2 page statement uploaded to this complaint, complete with actual documentation.

First the company said they were approved by BBB. They created a web site and have now shut the website down and trying to extort me into paying new and made-up fees. They claim Wordpress.org changed policies in January 2024 that require new security upgrades and that my website cannot become live again until I purchase thousands of dollars of additional security plugins packages. I contacted a Wordpress.org approved vendor who said this is not the case. I requested the web site and database files that I paid for and own and they refused to provides those files which are needed for me to get my web site back on line. I also own the web site name and url address which they also are withholding. I have tried calling, texting and emailing for months with no response until today when they tried to extort me for additional money.

This is a company engaged in fraudulent and dishonest activity and which attempts to exploit customers, former potential customers and former customers by sending e-mails threatening legal action and money damages if the customer does not "pay up." ********************** preys on innocent consumers' ignorance of federal trademark laws in order to attempt to induce them to make unnecessary excessive additional payments to Sturdy Logo for no value provided, without any basis in law or fact. When you attempt to question Sturdy Logo about this, they tell you that they will get back to you in ***** minutes. They never do. This is just what they tell everyone who they never desire to speak to again. This company is engaged in intentional deception and nefarious business practices and I would highly recommend staying far away from any of their services. They claim to be a ****************** but are not registered to do business in **********, and there's no apparent evidence that they are registered to do business anywhere in the U.S. They have been reported to the Federal ************************* of ******** Protection and ********************* of ******* for their crimes.

I had ordered a couple design logos to be made for me. I purchased a package in which included over 40 designs, ownership rights, stationary ************ and much more. I was told by ***** that in order for them to send me the files I would need to pay for another fee and filing fee through the state, and then I would be receiving my files 11/13 24 hours after they filed the copy right.. I never got anything. I reached back out to him and he had sent me 10 files. I questioned what happened to the agreed upon files, I never received any information or paper work on this so called copy right that I WAS REQUIRED TO PAY, additionally (nowhere in the package did it say that) When I reached back out I got no response that was relevant to my concern about my files. I reached out to my bank to dispute the charges as the company was not willing to work with me. After I had disputed it with the bank, they then called me and said how come. I explained to them I still have not received all of the ********* no longer want to do business with their company as it has been difficult to work with. The manager then called requesting I pay them, acknowledging his agent made multiple mistakes, and offered me a free logo. I advised I no longer wish to do business with them they never kept good on their side of the agreement. They then proceeded to threaten they will need to get their legal team involved cause I needed to pay them.

I contacted Sturdy Logo about taking what I had already created in Canva and putting it in whatever format was needed to put on my website, etc...only because I'm not very versed at Canva. They sent me multiple things that I didn't ask for that my daughter would've done a better job at. I think this place is a total scam. Their main phone number is not even a working number.
