A woman by the name of ****** and her coworker *** called me after they digitized a logo that I created. I paid them $19.99 for this work and then they requested close to $700 to register the logo with the trademark office. I did my due diligence and research and found out that the actual cost is only $250 so I called them back and let them know that they were scamming me and that I knew it, they continued to claim that they needed the money and that I had to pay them at which time I stopped all communication and blocked them to stop their harassing calls. Today, I received an email claiming that they are suing me for a trademark violation and I have looked for the information on the ***** website to find out that there is nothing related to what they claim. A man by the name of ****************** keeps harassing with this said law suit. I call out for this business to be closed, penalized and fined according to the laws of *****************.Initial Complaint

SturdyLogo is a scam. I contracted their services to produce a food label and logo. I paid $149 for their premium logo, four versions. The work to begin with was good. Then when it came time to receive high resolution files without sample watermarks, they coerced me to pay an additional $150. Fair, in light of the work. Afterwards, the final files were never sent. They have not tried to resolve the situation. They simply said that they sent all the files I was going to receive. So I paid an extra $150 dollars for watermarked samples. This is a fraud. I wouldn't recommend SturdyLogo to anyone.Initial Complaint

On 06/20/2023 I have ordered Logo from Sturdy Logo for sum of $19 with the promise of delivering the logo in a multi digital format to be used in website, social media, flyers , business cards; just to name few. I was to receive four different logos designs then I pick one. After I picked one, *** received a phone call from the account manager saying that I have only paid for four logo revisions only and if I want a logo to be used digitally and not getting distorted image of it and of getting it registered under my company name then I must pay more; more is starting at $179. I have asked to get my money refunded and I would want to see this false advertising stopped or it might be considered fraud as I see it. Because the consumer must get the explanation of what is being paid for prior to the transaction. Thank youInitial Complaint

I purchased a logo design package for $120 and now my final logo and business card design are withheld unless I pay for an additional $399-$799 registration upsell. This was never mentioned, and no extra costs were disclosed. I have requested my products without the upsell registration, and am told I will not receive them unless I register and pay extra. I have e-mailed the company and left reviews. Message from Sturdy Logo "I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you in reference to a review you have posted on TrustPilot linked below, ********************************************************* Speculating baseless and false allegations against a company that has been accommodating to your requests since the beginning is definitely not professional. In order to resolve this amicably, you are requested to take the review down and email us accordingly. The design registration was recommended to you by your project manager to ensure that your art work is protected and that it cannot be replicated by someone else. It is a suggestion or a recommendation, and it is completely your choice or decision to have it done or not. According to the communication over the teamwork platform, it can be seen that at no point of time did the project manager force you to include the recommended service to your project. In case you don't want it to be included, we can go ahead and share the final formats with you and close the project from our end. Nobody from our company ever said that you will not be getting the final formats. The turnaround time to get the final files is between 24 to 48 hours and you have just requested the final formats yesterday.Your files are already in process and as soon as we receive a confirmation about the review deletion, we will share the files with you right away. We have followed through the entire project professionally and hope to close this project off in an amicable manner as well. We will be looking forward to hear back from you."Initial Complaint

On April 19, 2022, I paid $725 for Sturdy Logo to submit my Trademark application. I was told that the application was submit. When I asked for the submission confirmation number, I was told that their legal team will contact me. I have several email conversations regarding this issues. I waited patiently for a response. I purchased business cards from sturdy logo in August 2022 couple days later I called and asked for a refund I was told that customer service or support would be giving me a call back I never received a call back I have sent six emails to the support with no reply today October 4th 2022 I received a phone call from a ************** from sturdy logo informing me that my logo design was ready to be looked at I then informed him that I had already called talk to support and ask for a refund and then received no response whatsoever to me getting a refund he told me that he has sent me emails and has tried to contact me and that I have not responded and that was why he was phone calling me today he argued with me on the phone for at least 10 minutes after I had asked him repeatedly to talk to a supervisor or to just go ahead and give you my refund which I had been asking for for 2 months . The issue was never resolved he never sent me to a supervisor he pretty much was informing me that because he's contacted me that it was on me for not answering. This company is a scam and they are just out to take people's money I have not received any product! I have not received a refund. All I want is my money back and this company to be put on the list of scam companies. The amount of my purchase was only $19. I just want a refund of the ****
